- 2 King beds - one bed can be converted to 2 singles on request (72 hours notice is required)

- 1 Queen sized bed



- 3 bathrooms with 2 as ensuites with large bathtub and shower



- Full Kitchen with all equipment supplied



- Large lounge room with smart TV

- Balcony with seating and BBQ

- Secure building with car park available (2nd car spot may be able to be organised for an additional charge), Number plate recognition 1 car only which cannot be changed once you check in as per building management.



Please note this is part of the residence complex, we can organise regular cleans and linen change if you wish with notice. We ask that you also read the section below on other things to note.



We have a minut device in the property that measures sound levels but doesn't record, let us know you are aware of this. Any tampering of the device which is ceiling mounted will lead to instant removal and cancellation of stay as it is a security device.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours to enjoy with multiple entries to the floor that the apartment is on by lift or through the front lobby for privacy.

- Coastal walk from Bondi Promenade to Tamarama, Bronte, Clovelly and Coogee

- Rock walk on the north end of the beach alongside the water

- Fashion shops in Hall st and on Campbell Parade

Getting Around:

Buses to Bondi Junction are only a short walk away. Once at Bondi Junction, you can then travel to any where in Sydney using public transport.



Share rides like Uber and also taxis are readily available.
