The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, to suit all your culinary needs. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is bathed in natural light, offering a relaxing space to unwind with a dedicated desk area for work or study and dining table for 4, perfect for friends and family. Step out onto the balcony where you can fire up the Weber BBQ and enjoy ocean breezes. The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay, the property has high quality fans and heaters in each bedroom and lounge room perfect for what the weather brings. We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice.

There is a Minut home sensor in the living room, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if the alarms are touched.

The location was unparalleled with the unit being a very short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, and groceries. The apartment was clean and check-in was relatively easy with an extremely helpful neighbor providing some assistance with a tricky key holder. The neighborhood was friendly and walkable. One request would be for a few more glasses and cups for 4 occupants
