The Space:
As hosts of the property, we want to be upfront with you about everything at the property including how we conduct check ins. Below you will find detailed info on each part of the property.
This divine space is a standout and has been renovated in a unique way. It has ceilings as high as 6m in the living area, drenched with natural light, a brand new renovation with all the luxury finishes, plenty of space, a stunning leafy outlook and a 5 minute walk to Bondi Beach and the famous icebergs.

- Main has a new comfortable King bed, with built in wardrobes in connected sunroom
- Large full length mirror
- Second bedroom has a queen bed with built in wardrobes

-With large wardrobe space, outlook towards front garden, soaked with afternoon sun

- Newly renovated, large space with plenty of vanity space and storage
- Large walk in shower with choice of rain or normal shower head, unlimited gas hot water
- Hook in shower to hang wetsuits for drying (please dry them in here or outside on the balcony)

You will have access to the full apartment including the outside balcony. The apartment is in a building with 4 other apartments so the entry to the building is shared common space.
The Neighborhood:
South Bondi is a premium corner of Bondi, a stoneâs throw to the iconic icebergs and Bondi to Coogee coastal walk and a 5 minute stroll to the majority of Bondiâs best cafes and restaurants, with a 5 min walk to Hall St restaurants and Gould St shops or a 10 min walk to Bondi Roadâs food and shopping scene.
If you want to travel into the City, Bondi Junction, Watsons Bay or even a ferry to Manly on the weekends, public transport is highly accessible within a 5 minute walk.
Anyone wanting recommendations on food, drink or things to do, let us know! The hosts are avid foodies and know where to get a good bottle of wine.
