As hosts of the property, we want to be upfront with you about everything at the property including how we conduct check ins. Below you will find detailed info on each part of the property.
This relaxing space is a standout in the area as an apartment and has been furnished for guests to enjoy. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 of them with views plus a large outdoor patio with outdoor dining. Only a short walk from Balmain East Ferry

- Main has a King size bed, wardrobe and TV
- Second bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and balcony with seating
- Third bedroom is smaller and has a double bed.

- Laundry with dryer and washing machine

- There are flyscreens on some windows however if you leave doors and balcony doors open there will be insects that can come in.
- The third bedroom is small and has enough room for a double bed and bedside table.

There is a chance of organising a parking permit, this isn't guaranteed and we will need to request permission with more than 7 days notice for the stay (extra cost). Another option is using apps such as parkhound to rent a private space from a nearby resident.
