The Space:

First class amenities greet you at arrival at this iconic building at the centre of historical Sydney. Bask within this newly renovated, one-bedroom apartment located on the 15th floor with spectacular Sydney city views and water glimpses. The spaciousness of this apartment will make your Sydney experience one to remember.



The light and bright lounge area has a flat screen smart TV, comfortable modular, super-king, sofa-bed / lounge accommodating two additional guests. The dining area is suitable for up to four guests and you'll be surprised by the amount of room for a quiet night in.



The fully equipped kitchen comes equipped with fridge and freezer, electric oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, milk warmer and dishwasher. All cookware, crockery, glassware and serving-ware is provided. The apartment has a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.



The main bedroom provides the comfort of a queen size bed, built in robes, dedicated office station, black out blind and Smart TV. This location and the quality window coverings ensures a sound nights' sleep.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated with Free Wifi throughout. For your comfort you also have the option of windows opening.



The deluxe granite bathroom offers separate bath, shower, WC and vanity. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

The Neighborhood:

The Rocks became established shortly after the colony's formation in 1788. It was known as Tallawoladah by the Gadigal people. The original buildings were first traditional vernacular houses, of wattle and daub, with thatched roofs, and later of local sandstone, from which the area derives its name. Sydney’s Circular Quay Ferry Terminal is also less than 5 minutes' walk away and Wynyard Train Station is also only 5 minutes' walk away. Should you require parking, on-site paid parking is available at the Wilson Parking Station in the same building. Stroll the harbour-front promenade from Barangaroo to Circular Quay taking in the buskers’ performances, along Bennelong Point to the Opera House and through the Royal Botanic Gardens to Sydney’s classic view from Mrs Macquarie’s Chair. Compact, clean apartment with well-stocked kitchen in a very convenient location, perfect for two. Exactly as we expected. Plush towels, plenty of hangers, comfortable bed, compact washer and dryer. Will definitely stay here again when in Sydney. Host leaves you slippers in the entry as there is a no-shoes policy in the apartment, which I appreciate.

Comfortable and clean apartment in a convenient location. Ample, thick towels, clean linens, plenty of tissue, hand soap and lotion. Kitchen well stocked. No shoes policy in the apartment is great as are the slippers left inside the apartment door. Will stay again.

New Years stay

The property was clean and well maintained. Property owners were very responsive and helpful (especially Russell!). Great location in Sydney. We were able to watch New Years fireworks over the harbor from recreation deck. It was an amazing view. Only small complaint was that there is only one key which makes it difficult if one of us wanted to do something different from another. But overall, great experience. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location in This Beautiful City

The property was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable with every need thoughtfully addressed. Wonderful light from all the windows. The location could not have been better for walking or all the easily accessible public transport.

Lovely apartment

Very pretty, clean and well-appointed property. Appreciated that everything we needed was thought of - arrived on a very rainy day and there was even an umbrella which was wonderful. Pool and rooftop deck are a few floors up, pretty indoor pool and deck has spectacular views of the harbor, bridge and opera house. Grocery was an easy walk, on the lowest floor of the shopping center which also had a nice little food court. Transit station also very convenient walk (but be prepared for a lot of uphill, if this is hard for you you may want to take an uber.) Wasn't an issue for us and we were delighted with the location. Key pickup was at a lovely little cafe and super convenient. Owner was absolutely fantastic to work with - very highly recommended!
