Conveniently located near the Ashokan Reservoir, Kingston, New Paltz, Woodstock, High Falls and Rosendale. It's a great launching pad to explore the beauty of the Catskills and Mid Hudson Valley.

Primary Bedroom - 1 queen bed, dresser, full length mirror and closet, office nook with desk
Guest Bedroom - 1 queen bed, dresser and closet
Loft Bedroom - 1 queen bed, shelves, meditation corner (up ladder with secure railings)

Primary Bath - soaking tub overlooking deck/yard
Guest Bath - soaking tub/shower with washer/dryer

Kitchen - fully stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. French Press, drip coffee, kettle, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Dining Room - table set up to seat 6 but can be expanded to seat 10

Living Room - woodstove, Amazon Firestick for TV

House has high speed internet and gets cell service fairly well.

Outdoor space -
2 large decks. Upper deck has outdoor furniture and propane grill in season.
Fire pit - smokeless fire pit with seating
1.3 acres of grass and woods (not fully fenced)
Guest access
The primary living space is up the stairs in the back to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The ground floor deck is also available for your enjoyment.

I live in the ground floor unit so am onsite to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
