The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — whether you’re cooking dinner for two or making a quick espresso before heading out. From olive oil and seasonings to a hotplate stove and coffee machine, you’ll have all the essentials covered.

In the living room, the comfy sofa invites you to sink in and chill — or stretch it out into a double bed if you’re in for a cozy movie night. A 43” Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.

The bedroom features a plush queen-size bed and blackout curtains, perfect for slow mornings or a deep night’s rest.

Just a 10-minute walk away, Serdika Metro Station serves both Metro Lines M1 and M4. From there, you’ll have direct connections to Sofia Airport, the Central Railway and Bus Stations, and key city neighborhoods. It’s one of the most convenient transit hubs in the city.

For above-ground transport, you’ll find tram and bus stops nearby. Tram lines 20 and 22 run through the neighborhood and can take you to other parts of central Sofia quickly and easily. You can also catch local bus lines 74 and 213, offering further access to areas beyond the center.

Sofia’s public transport system is simple to navigate, with single-ride tickets available for purchase at kiosks or directly from the driver. Many trams and buses now support contactless payment too, so you can tap your card and ride with ease.

Thanks to the apartment’s central location, you’ll be able to explore most of the city on foot, but when you need to go further, you’ll never be far from a convenient option.

1. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, depending on guest schedule.
2. Please respect quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM and 2 PM – 4 PM (residential building).
3. No smoking inside the apartment.

5. As per Article 116 (5) of the Tourism Act, guests must provide additional information after booking.
