5. Parking: The apartment is located in the central area of Sofia, where street parking is regulated, paid, and limited to a maximum of two (2) hours in designated âBlue Zoneâ area. The host does not provide or guarantee a free or reserved parking space for guests. Guests who choose to park on public streets do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility, including ensuring that their vehicle is parked in compliance with all local traffic and parking regulations, and not occupying spaces reserved for disabled persons or other restricted areas. Any fines, towing fees, or penalties incurred as a result of illegal or improper parking are the sole responsibility of the guest.
