Wie sehr oft missfiel mir die Armatur des Waschtischs, genauer gesagt die AD. Viel zu kurz. Auch ist eine Temperaturschwankung beim Duschen mühsam, leider auch oft festzustellen. Ansonsten gab es nix zu bemängeln.

Best Western Terminus is very near all forms of transport links, bus, tram, train etc however, there is very minimal instructions or directions in any other language other then Bulgarian. Using Google maps helps a lot with finding your way around. The hotel staff are lovely and really helpful. The hotel is reasonably well equipped. We were given a complimentary upgrade which was lovely but room was still quite small. Air con was amazing though. The only negatives I have were on a few occasions the lift wasnt working, so there was a need to walk down the stairs to the breakfast room, not a problem but the bannister is extremely wobbly and feels quite dangerous. Also, upon our arrival there was only 1 glass and 1 bath towel in our room for 2 people. Also no ironing board as another guest had borrowed the one they have. However, you really can't fault any of the staff. They even printed some tickets for us. There was a variety of options for breakfast and complimentary tea, coffee etc in reception too.

Good location . Very close to train station and bus station. Great staff. Good enough breakfast.

I had been in contact with the manager about early check-in, Plamen very kindly told allowed me to check-in earlier for a fee on the day of my arrival. Unfortunately, the staff on shift that morning did not have any notes and came across as quite unwelcoming. In the end I was given a room but had to pay more, the bathroom was dirty and had the previous guest's hairs in the shower. Reception kindly arranged for the room to be cleaned later that day. The second day the cleaners forgot to clean my room, when I made reception aware they moved me to another room which I appreciated. However, the air conditioning in the new room and the TV did not work (I believe the batteries needed changing in the remotes). The worse thing was that at 3am I noticed a bug across my bed and then found 8 of them running around the window and wall. I was way too tired to change rooms as I had to leave early that morning. All these issues ruined my experience with this hotel, but I have to say most of the staff at the front desk gave great customer service and were very helpful.

Hieno ja erittäin siisti hotelli. Lähellä keskusbussiasemaa. Kiertelin maassa 10 päivää. Siksi sijaintikin palveli minua hyvin. Kaikkein parasta oli mitä hienoin palvelu henkilökunnalta. Sain kaiken mahdollisen avun, mitä tarvitsin. Monia asioita, joihin paljon matkustavana tarvitsin apua ja kontaktinottoja eri tahoille, sain. Erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelunhaluista henkilökuntaa. Heille suuri kiitos. Jos tulen uudelleen Sofiaan, tulen varmasti juuri tänne. Olin täällä ensin 4 päivää ja vielä vajaa viikko myöhemmin yhden päivän.
