Culture is everywhere here. You’re close to landmarks like Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the National Gallery, and the Bulgarian National Theatre, plus plenty of exhibitions and events throughout the year.
Food-wise, it’s easy. The streets nearby are packed with everything from quick cafés and bakeries to classic Bulgarian places and international options. And if you want shopping or nightlife, Vitosha Boulevard is within easy reach for boutiques, bars, and a proper evening stroll.

Each unit in the building is individually owned, and other owners may carry out lawful repairs or refurbishments in their own apartments. 2. Tourist Registration Requirement
In accordance with Article 116(5) of the Tourism Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, all guests (tourists) must provide additional personal information after booking confirmation. This information is collected solely for mandatory legal reporting to the competent authorities.
3. Shared Accommodation Notice
This is a private room within a shared apartment. Certain areas are shared with other guests (including the bathroom, and potentially other common areas depending on the setup). Guests agree to use shared spaces respectfully, keep noise to a reasonable level, and follow basic shared-living etiquette.
4. Cleaning Policy for Shared Spaces
The room and apartment are cleaned only after checkout (between reservations). No cleaning service is provided during the stay. During the stay, maintaining cleanliness in the shared areas is the responsibility of the guests using the apartment together. Guests are expected to leave shared spaces reasonably clean after use.
5. Invoice Issuance
