Pet Friendly-Fenced Yard-Near Downtown
This beautiful, recently renovated pet friendly ranch is situated on approximately 3 acres of land and is within walking distance to the Charlie Major trail. It is under a mile and a half drive to downtown center Skaneateles. It was professionally interior designed in a farmhouse equestrian decor style. It is one level living with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. **Please note that we recently fenced in the backyard!!**
The Space:
Welcome to serenity!! This freshly renovated, newly decorated, pet friendly ranch is located just one mile from downtown center! The decor style was done in a transitional equestrian farmhouse style. This ranch is spacious with over 2,000 sf. It has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. One of the bedrooms would be considered the primary en-suite with king bed and full bath with walk in shower. There are two other guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has two queen beds. All bedrooms have a smart tv. The living room is spacious with ample seating and gas fireplace. The kitchen is also extremely large and has enough seating for up to 12-14 people which would include table and island seating. There is also a half bath off the sizable mud room and laundry room for your convenience. If this is a working vacation we have you covered! There is a beautiful, private office space right off the living room. The country setting this home is in is beautiful. Itâs situated on close to 3 private acres and has a beautiful backyard and deck/patio area. The parking area is also extremely generous and can fit a minimum of 6 vehicles. This home is right next to the Charlie Major trail and is only 1.5 miles from Skaneateles downtown center!
**Primary guest must be 30 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.
**We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, graduations, receptions, brunches, etc, .
**Guests will be responsible for any damages or other additional expenses incurred during their stay. (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

We provide our guests with a four digit code prior to their arrival.

This property is located within the township of Skaneateles. It is within walking distance to the Charlie Major trail and it is approximately 1.5 miles from downtown Skaneateles.
Getting Around:
It is a short drive to downtown center Skaneateles and a short walk to the Charlie Major trail and The Brewery.
