Walking in, you're welcomed into the inviting living space with warm wood interiors and stylish furnishings throughout. With one bedroom, one cozy loft-style bedroom, and two full bathrooms, it’s ideal for couples or small families looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Step out onto the spacious balcony overlooking the lake, complete with a gas grill, picnic table, and a beautifully furnished outdoor dining area—perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners. In warm months, get out on the lake and enjoy 40 feet of private shoreline and a seasonal floating dock that can accommodate one powerboat up to approximately 21 feet (please bring your own tie-ups and bumpers). Water fun is waiting with your private swim float that is reserved exclusively for guests. Also take advantage of the kayaks and stand-up paddleboard to explore the peaceful waters of Paradox Lake.

You’re perfectly situated for four-seasons of adventure: just 5 minutes to charming Schroon Lake for restaurants, shops, and public beach access; 30 minutes to Lake George Village; 30 minutes to Gore Mountain Ski Resort; and 45 minutes to historic Lake Placid. Whether you're hiking nearby trails, skiing, paddling, or simply enjoying the view, you're never far from something fun.

Central A/C and heat are available.
This home is located on the second floor and accessible by stairs.
The walk to the lake is down a path that changes in grade, please use caution.
Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Security camera details: Cameras are mounted on the exterior of the building only.

Dock details: Please follow and remain on the path that is just beyond the parking space, to get to the beach.
The usable portion of the beach extends 40’ from the White Birch tree, to the East (to the right).
The dock will be in and available for you to use from Memorial Day until Labor Day each year.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
