The exterior of this cozy home is not to be overlooked. From the lower level, you can exit onto the spacious deck, which is perfect for grilling out or simply taking in the magnificent lake views. Just a few steps down and you will be right on the grassy lawn. Just feet away you'll find the seasonal dock, ideal for sunbathing, fishing and swimming.

Looking to get out of the house? Take a short 10-minute walk south to Deerhead Lakeside Restaurant and Bar, or take a 5-minute drive over to the Cayuga Lake State Park. Here you will find a public launch for the boating aficionados, as well as a playground and swimming area for the little ones. Of course, for any of the wine lovers, you are right on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, or for those looking to try their luck, the Del Lago Resort and Casino is just minutes from the house. 5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
