The casa is attached to a larger short term rental home with separate parking and yard and shared common fence.Offering a private outdoor grassy lawn with a view, and small seating area. Inside has the most cozy living room including a sleeper sofa, a full equipped kitchen, washer dryer, a private bedroom with a King sized bed, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. This Cozy Casa will serve you with the best little vacation.no garage accessThe Casa is attached to a main home that is also rented on short term rental platforms. Each home has their own private parking and yard separated by a common fence. If guests are staying next door while you are here, how much interaction , if any at all , is completely dictated by you. I also live locally, so I am available if you need anything feel free to give me a call, email, or text. I'll be happy to assist you with anything.Our neighborhood is full of beautiful homes and the best sunrise and sunset views. Little to no traffic, and the privacy we all need. It also offers access to hiking trails into the beautiful scenic red rocks to enjoy some mother nature!This location offers quick access to all of Sedona by car, and if you are adventurous even by foot. There is also a trolley offered to tour all of Sedona, as well as a public transportation bus that will take you to towns surrounding like Cottonwood and the Village Of Oak Creek.

What a great stay! First, Joey is very communicative and very lovely to chat with. Secondly, the apartment has THE MOST INCREDIBLE VIEWS, both at the front and the back of the property. In addition, they have beautiful horses and very sweet dogs (our dog was so excited to have neighbors for the week). Finally, our place had everything we needed for the week, which made working, as well as relaxing, super easy to do!

What an amazing stay! It felt like we were staying in a relative’s guest house without being bothered. Very clean & cozy. Beautiful location with beautiful horses over the fence in the backyard. This is a desired stay for anyone who needs an affordable rental that highlights the beauty of Sedona.

Perfectly cozy, comfy and fit our needs!

As soon as we walked in, I was in love with the place! The views were amazing from the front and the back! The fenced in back area was great to sit out with our dogs any time of the day. Communication was fantastic with Joey! The location was great and getting to the grocery to trails to shopping areas was a breeze! We spent most of our time hiking and exploring and just relaxing in the evenings watching movies! Thank you, Joey! We hope to be back and hope when we do, your place(s) are available! Short getaway

The property was located close to town. Quiet neighborhood. It is attached to the main house but we had privacy. We ate out the majority of the time, so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it did have everything you would need to cook!

Perfect stay in Sedona for two!

We had a delightful stay at the Cozy Cottage. Joey proved to be an exceptional hostess, ensuring our every need was met. The property itself was ideal for our getaway. We took advantage of the nearby trails in Sedona, enjoyed serene moments on the back patio during both morning and evening, and indulged in a restful night's sleep, thanks to the luxurious linens on the King bed.
