The flat is ideally located for active summer and winter holidays and is also excellent for walks with the dog. Holidays in Scuol means relaxation in an Engadin village, surrounded by sgraffito-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, close to Engadin Bad Scuol, the cross-country skiing trail and near the ski bus and local bus stop for trips to the valley station of the cable car or to the railway station.

The location of the flat is characterised by peace and quiet, the separate entrance is accessible on the same level and is a short distance from the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railways in just a few minutes.



The highlight of the apartment is the large, south-facing terrace with lawn, where a table and sun loungers/armchairs are available. The cosy apartment, furnished with great care and attention to detail, has a very good layout and, as a further highlight, a Swedish stove with wood is available for use in the apartment.



The approximately 46 m² flat is situated on the ground floor with a lovely private terrace. The living room is designed with an open kitchen and offers space to enjoy shared holidays.

The flat is ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.



The Motta Naluns ski area is accessible by car and PostBus in 5 minutes. You can reach the Martina-Scuol valley slope in just a few minutes on foot. Shopping facilities are available at Denner, also only a few metres away, or on the main street, which can be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes.



The guest card of the Engadin Scuol holiday region is included in every booking for all guests.
