The duplex shares the property with a long-term tenant in a separate unit. Outdoor areas and surrounding woods are shared, but it is unlikely you will encounter anyone else during your stay.
For safety, there is one exterior security camera at the front entry, facing outward toward the driveway and entrance only (no interior cameras).
