The property is accessible exclusively by car. We recommend using a 4WD or AWD vehicle during winter months or snowy conditions to ensure safer travel.

Rental Agreement: To comply with insurance regulations, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

Local Guests: If you live locally, please reach out to us before booking.

Booking Policy: We do not accept third-party bookings. The person reserving must be the one staying at the property.

EV Charging: For safety reasons, EV charging is not permitted on the property due to fire risk.

Guest Agreement:

IN CONSIDERATION of the rent received and the mutual promises herein, the owner of the subject property, Goat Hill LLC, (“Owner”), does hereby grant temporary occupancy to you, hereinafter referred to as “Guest”, to certain property described below and under the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”).

1. PROPERTY: The term “Property” will refer to the one-family dwelling, grounds, land, interior and exterior furnishing, and equipment, materials, and supplies at the premises located at.

2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of overnight guests for this property is limited to four persons unless arrangements are made and agreed to by Owner in writing prior to check-in date.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES: It is understood that Guest is responsible for all damages. The Owner is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Nor is the Owner responsible for any loss or damage to Guest`s property. Any damage incurred to the Property or house furnishings will be the responsibility of the Guest.

Guest acknowledges that at the commencement of the rental, the property is in good and substantial repair except for any defect Guest may report to Owner during the first day of the rental.

Everything was clean and great also the views were perfect and the towns near by are very welcoming to anyone. We didnt use the pool due to the weather but was an amazing stay in. The rooms felt very comfortable and love that we could control each space temperature. I would love to visit again.
