Cette maison se trouve Ă  exactement trois pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la piste de course historique de Saratoga Spa et Ă  quatre pĂątĂ©s de maisons des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville. Nous sommes Ă  distance de marche de la piste, du centre-ville et des granges de Fasig Tipton. Il dispose de la climatisation centrale et d'une piscine creusĂ©e chauffĂ©e. La maison se trouve dans une rue calme au cƓur du quartier historique de Saratoga. La maison est livrĂ©e avec une cuisine rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e avec de nouveaux appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers et une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse. Trois chambres ont un matelas neuf et la quatriĂšme chambre a un matelas de seulement 2 ans. Un parking hors rue pour deux voitures est disponible.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient été agréablement surpris par cette maison de vacances et son accÚs facile à pied. Lors de votre séjour, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de The Children's Museum at Saratoga (musée des enfants). Check in was very smooth. Tim was an excellent host. The home was immaculate and had all you could need to cook at home if you so wish. Close to track. Close to town. It was perfect for our family. I already miss the pool. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful, well maintained and cozy. It even had incidentals in the bathroom and the everything provided (towels, etc) were fresh and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean as well. The pool area was wonderful and inviting. The host was accessible and attentive and actually came to clean up the yard after a heavy rain storm. My friends and I had a wonderful, comfortable stay. We enjoyed the property and all that Saratoga has to offer!

Fantastic stay

We were in Saratoga for a wedding during Belmont. Tim was friendly and communicative from the start. He was flexible with check in and made sure we had everything we needed, The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool. It’s close to downtown but on a quiet side street with little through traffic. There are a lot of great reviews about Tim and this property, they are all true! Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

This was a great house for our multi-generation family of 8. The track and the beautiful town of Saratoga Springs are in walking distance. The home has a beautiful backyard with a huge pool and plenty of outdoor seating. The house is well stocked and is very well kept. Tim was a great host!

'Toga Tranquility

We just returned from 2 weeks at Tim’s property and we cannot say enough about what a wonderful time we had. The location on a quiet side street is ideal - walkable to the track and town for so many excellent restaurants and shops, and only a quick ride to Saratoga State Park for numerous walking and biking trails (and golf, too). The inside of the house is perfect, providing everything you could possibly need for your stay. The cozy front porch was a great place for reading and relaxing with a cup of tea, but the real winner was the back yard and pool area which provided hours of enjoyment for our family. Tim was a pleasure to work with and checked in with us more than once to be sure we didn’t need anything. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again next year!

This House is PERFECTION!!

We spent a long weekend with friends (& our pup) to spend time downtown and to visit the racetrack. This house could not have been more perfect!! The location is within walking distance to everything including resutrants, shopping, nightlife and the horse racing - no ubers needed which made it easy for the group of us 8. The house itself was extremely clean (probably the cleaniest rental i've ever stayed in), comfortably fit all of us and the backyard with the pool was a game changer with the hot weather. Tim was great and super accommodating. This rental is an absolute must!!

BOOK THIS HOUSE!

I stayed here for a weekend with girlfriends. We’ve been coming up here for years to the Lake but never explored Saratoga very much. This house is the perfect home base, with super nicely sized living and family rooms, perfect bedroom sizes, gorg bathrooms, and the most amazing pool and backyard! We walked to all restaurants and the main drag in a few minutes. Tim was super helpful and the house was just perfect. Thank you!!

Beautiful house in a great location!

From the moment we walked into the house everything was spotless and perfect. The outdoor space was key for our group and the walking distance to town cannot be beat! Would rent over and over. Tim was easy to correspond with and made sure we had everything we needed prior to check in and during our stay.

Quintessential Saratoga Home

We had an incredible stay at this lovely Saratoga home. We enjoyed walking distance to both SPAC and the horse track, and especially loved the heated pool. Communication was very prompt and we are looking forward to our next stay at this great location!

Amazing home, amazing location

We had such an AMAZING stay at Tim's home. The checkin was easy, and Tim was communicative throughout our stay when we had questions. The house is so clean and welcoming. The backyard is a gem - completely fenced in and such a wonderful escape. The Saratoga race track was less than a ten-minute walk (even though there are no spectators during covid, it was fun to watch through holes in the fences!). Walking in to town is 5-minutes, and the house is in the best neighborhood. We spent hours walking around and looking at the beautiful homes from the 1800s. Our dog loved lounging in the backyard in the sun. We would LOVE to come back next year when the race track is open. Thanks Tim!!!!!

Great get away

The house was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was great and Tim was very responsive. Our girls loved the pool and we loved how walkable to everything the house was. We'll be back for sure.
