Tim was very responsive. My friend and I stayed in Saratoga for 2 nights/3 days. The apartment was nicely updated and very clean. It's on a quaint street, and the surrounding homes are lovely and picturesque. The location is ideal... far enough away from the traffic and tourism area, but close enough to walk to everything you want in the village. We loved the back porch with the outdoor sofa setting & the small indoor sitting area off the main bedroom. We used both spaces and enjoyed them. I would certainly recommend this location.My recommendations/observations: 1. The 2nd bedroom with the bunk beds: a. Quite dark (even with the lamp on, blinds open & curtain pulled all the way back). The single floor lamp does not do a very good job of lighting the room up. It would benefit from more functional and welcoming lighting. b. It could use a small side table for the bed (somewhere to put a glass of water at night or your phone), and a small compact dresser to put some of your things on top of. (We used the ironing board as a makeshift dresser/table of sorts).2. With the colder days, it would be helpful to have additional blankets for warmth (We each had some blankets in our cars and brought them up to use.)
