Welcome to Lakehaus Saratoga â a bright, updated 3-bedroom lake cottage designed for relaxing getaways. The home features a sun-filled open living space with soaring cathedral ceilings and a fresh, modern lake-inspired feel, creating an inviting place to unwind after a day exploring the Saratoga area.
LOCATION
Lakehaus Saratoga is ideally located just minutes from Saratoga Lake, the Saratoga Race Course, and downtown Saratoga Springs. Spend your days at the track, exploring Saratogaâs restaurants and shops, or enjoying the nearby lake and outdoor recreation. Whether you're visiting for track season, a weekend getaway, or a relaxing escape, everything Saratoga has to offer is just a short drive away.

LIVING & DINING
The living room features an oversized sofa perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, along with a 50â Roku Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi for streaming or remote work. The dining area comfortably seats six and flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating an inviting space to gather and share meals.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, oven and stove, and a breakfast bar. You'll also find convenient appliances including a microwave, toaster, waffle maker, and hot water kettle for easy meals and snacks.
A dedicated coffee station with both Keurig and drip coffee makers is stocked with initial coffee and tea essentials to help start your mornings with ease.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

âą Second Bedroom (Main Level): Full bed, 32â Roku TV, room-darkening shades

Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for all guests.

The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, plush towels, and complimentary essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a hair dryer.
The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, plus an additional portable AC unit in the loft for warmer months.

OUTDOOR SPACES

PARKING
Parking is available for up to three vehicles:

âą One permitted street parking space beside the home
Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. Your access includes all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, the front deck, and the private backyard with the fire pit. Arrival is simple and seamless with self check-in via a smart lock, and you will be provided with a unique access code prior to your arrival.
Important Notes
Lake Access: Please note that while our home is located just a short walk from the water, it is not a lakefront property and does not include private dock access. Excellent public lake access, including a beach, boat launch, and public docks, is conveniently located nearby at Browns Beach.
Loft Bedroom: The loft bedroom is on the upper level and is accessed by a staircase. It has a slightly lower ceiling than the main level rooms.
Please note:Â The property is equipped with two exterior security cameras for safety and security purposes only. One camera is located at the front of the home and monitors the front door, driveway, and street. A second camera is located at the back of the home and monitors the rear door. These cameras are outward-facing and do not monitor any interior spaces. There are no cameras inside the home.
Please note: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the duration of the stay.
