Great stay for SPAC

Great location, nice place. Beds were comfortable and the place was as described. The pool was a nice bonus in the summer heat and we were close to town, treehouse brewery and SPAC. Sara the host was very great with. Communication and they even went above and beyond to bring us an extra propane tank during our stay. It was a great weekend

We had a nice stay with our family of 4 plus grandparents. We needed a house with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. This house fit us all. Just an FYI, there is no dishwasher which was okay for us but I didn't notice on the listing. Otherwise the kitchen has everything we needed.

As soon as we walked in there was a nasty smell. Mold, water and sewage odor. It wasn’t new. Microwave was a disaster. Enamel worn off and rusty. Unusable. Downstairs shower did not drain without a plunger. Which could be the reason of the odor.

Boys Lacrosse Tourney Weekend

House was perfect for our needs. Layout worked well, plenty of space for 4 teenage boys and 3 dads for a relaxing weekend of lacrosse. Host was great, very responsive.

Location and Pet Friendly

We stayed in this house just after the holiday, to allow access to other family events in and around Saratoga. The location was perfect for what we needed. The backyard was exactly as advertised and allowed for easy play with our dogs. The rooms and living areas were just what we needed as, we were mostly in and out of the house for the stay. Great location to Saratoga downtown, and easy access from the highway. The host was easy to email with as well. Great option if looking for a pet friendly location for a quick visit.

So Dog Friendly

I traveled to meet a friend half way from western NY and we both came with our two dogs. I was so grateful the owner offered a rental with dogs and the house was extremely conducive to them. Fenced in yard, minimal carpets and simplicity made having the dogs a piece of cake. Owner reached out right away on check in day and was helpful with any questions. I didn't know they had an electric car charger and that was a huge bonus. Very grateful to home owners who allow responsible dog parents to travel. We hope to have left the house in better shape despite 4 very fluffy dogs. thanks for a wonderful stay!! ps. loved the coffee provided too.

4 Paws up!

Spent 5 nights at this property with my husband and our 2 dogs. It was perfect! The location was very centralized to everything we wanted to do in Saratoga Springs. The house was clean and we had even more space than we needed. The fenced in backyard was great for our 2 dogs. Not many properties will allow more than 1 dog to stay, so we very much appreciate this dog-friendly owner! We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area, especially if we are traveling with our dogs.
