Great location

House is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. You can tell the host takes pride in his property. Immaculately manicured back yard with screened in gazebo and fire pit was a nice touch at night. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Saratoga Visit

Kevin is a great host. House is very clean and comfortable and suits all of our needs. The location is close to the track and surrounding restaurants and businesses. We have stayed at Kevin's a couple times and would book again in the future.

A very special place

This was our friend group’s third stay (three couples) and it was wonderful, as always. The large kitchen is perfect for making meals while allowing everyone to socialize and lend a hand, and the outdoor space is lovely, extensive, and relaxing. Kevin is a tremendous host - we highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful place to call home-base! Beautifully decorated with an amazing back yard and a nice large kitchen. A perfect place for three couples to enjoy our annual trip to Saratoga Springs. We can't wait to go back!

Great Saratoga House

This was the second time we stayed at Kevin's house for our annual Saratoga visit. The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It has all the amenities that we need. It is conveniently located to the racetrack, downtown and a great supermarket! Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Bachelorette Weekend

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. The home was perfect, extremely clean and had everything we could need. The location was great too! Highly recommend! The house and ground are beautiful. Host was excellent, very responsive. Had a smooth check in and check out process. We barbecued one night. Breakfast every morning. Loved sitting outside in the morning and evening. 10 minute drive to every thing. We went to the racetrack and SPAC. Can’t wait to come back.

This house is perfect! The charm alone was beautiful, everything from the location to the floors to the decor made it comfortable and just right! Been going to Saratoga for years and always stayed at a hotel, this experience changed that forever. Being able to come back to your own space and backyard to relax and unwind was the best part. Kevin was great, made it a pleasure doing business. Highly recommend!

We arrived on a Monday and left on a Friday. In that time we did a lot of sightseeing. We visited downtown, Congress Park with a beautiful carousel and ducks marching all around. We went to Saratoga Spa State Park parks, the children's Museum, & racing track. The house, was very clean and comfortable. We cooked dinners each night, BBQing on the weber grill, and relaxing in the large screen tent. One night we enjoyed the fire pit and then playing board games in the large dining room. We also chasing our grandson around the beautiful backyard. The charm of this farmhouse made our visit extra special. Our host was very responsive.

We loved our stay at the Saratoga Springs farmhouse. The house was clean and just as described. So much room and many spaces to hang out with friends. It is central to many locations, and you can easily drive to Albany, Glens Falls, or Schenectady if you want to. Very close to the Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center and racetrack.Downtown Saratoga is very cute and has many shops and restaurants. Lots of options in the area for gluten free people. The only thing you have to prepare for is to be woken up by the millitary Reveille call and the Star Spangled Banner around 8:00 AM every morning, coming from the base across the street. No problem for early risers.

Awesome Travers Weekend

I can't say enough about this property! It looks exactly like the photos and has so many great local and personal touches! Perfect layout for friends to gather, cook, enjoy the patio and firepit, etc. Feels like a secluded farm but just minutes from all the Saratoga Springs action! Would stay again in a heartbeat! My only feedback is that it would be helpful to have an extender for the ceiling fans to make adjustments more safely (some of us wanted less breeze). The owners of this property clearly put their heart in to it and we are so appreciative of the opportunity to enjoy it!

Annual Saratoga Trip

The house was very nice and is a short drive to the track. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The check - in process was easy and Kevin was very accommodating. The only disappointment was that the size of one of the beds was listed as being a full size but was more like a 3/4 size. There were 3 couples staying in the house and only one person was able to sleep in the bed. The other person had to sleep on the couch.

Comfort, Beauty and Location!

We chose this house due to its location as we were attending concerts at SPAC. It was so convenient to shops, entertainment and restaurants. The home was lovely and even more beautiful than the photos. Wonderful yard for relaxing outdoors. Comfortable beds for a restful sleep. So pleased that laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent were provided! The kitchen was well equipped and we used the gas grill on the patio for an outdoor dinner! You will not be disappointed in this one! Kevin, our host, made check in and out the easiest experience I’ve had in all my years of renting!
