This villa is located in a private residential area. There is a Mercadona within walking distance as well as the towns of Los Gigantes, Puerto de Santiago and Playa Arena All with easy beach access.

There is parking for two cars in the driveway of our home. The Mercadona near us has free parking as does the nearby Hiper Dino. In the locale town around us there are a couple of paid parking garages.
This is a family home. We do not allow any parties whatsoever. The only guests who can be at the property are the ones who rent it, unless otherwise approved in writing. Please remove all the rubbish during your stay. There are rubbish bins at the top of the street. If you exit out of the property and walk to the right, at the top of the hill they are located there. Please make sure to clean all the dishes, pots and pans and anything else you use at the property. Do not clean the Pizza oven with water at all. Simply scrap the stones with supplied wire brush and sweep out the debris. We will supply you with a link to a web page that will video tutorials on how to use the various amenities the home provides.
