If you are looking for a self-catering apartment with a quiet location, where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace and enjoy stunning open views of the lush palm trees, golf course fairways, ocean and mountain views and then this is the apartment for you!

Newly refurbished with everything you need. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The terrace has chairs and a fold up table for your use.

The living area has 2 sofas seating 2 people each with 2 chairs also. A smart TV and coffee table.

In the living area you will find a separate room with a single size sofa bed that comfortable sleeps 1 person.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and an oven. The utility area is complete with a washing machine & dishwasher.

Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds which can be changed to a double bed if requested. Fitted wardrobes, a window with shutters with views of gardens and a modern style ceiling fan that is operated with a remote control. A door leads to the en-suite bathroom with a wonderful modern shower, WC and sink over basin.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, hairdressing salon, excursion shop and a beauty salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
