Welcome to a modern, beautifully designed home where comfort meets luxury. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Relax in the spacious living room with stylish sofas, an in-wall fireplace, and a large Smart TV for cozy evenings.
For entertainment, the game room features a pool table, arcade games, and board gamesâguaranteeing hours of fun. The home also includes a chic bar area where you can enjoy your favorite drink.
Each of the three bedrooms offers peaceful retreat with queen-size beds, premium linens, and a variety of pillows for a restful nightâs sleep. The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for family vacations or group getaways.
Guest Access:
As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home and property. There are no shared spaces outside of what is included in your booking.
Your check-in code will be provided one hour before your arrival.
Please note that there is a separate bottom unit on the property, which has its own private entrance and is entirely independent from your unit.

Other Things to Note:
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. For enhanced security, we've installed outdoor cameras around the perimeter of the property. There are no indoor cameras, ensuring your privacy in our tranquil retreat.
We want you to have an amazing stay, and these guidelines will ensure everyoneâs comfort while also keeping things smooth with the neighbors. I wouldnât want to pass on any additional costs to you, so please take a quick moment to make sure the House Manual and these rules are ones that you can follow.
** HOUSE RULES **
†NO SMOKING:
Smoking on the premises is prohibited. Violations will result in the loss of the security deposit and an additional de-smoking fee, totaling a $1,000 penalty. An ozone treatment will be necessary to remove the smell.
†QUIET HOURS:
Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 pm to preserve neighborhood peace. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again.
†GUEST COUNT:
Please inform us of the exact number of guests. Additional guests not reported will incur a $50 charge per person, per night starting at 9 pm.
†NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
A $1000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties on the property. In addition, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund.
†PETS:
Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at booking or before arrival. A deep cleaning fee ($100/night) is required for pets to ensure an allergen-free space for all guests. Failure to disclose may lead to additional fees.
†TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please take out the trash as needed and separate it between the bins. Prior to check-out, properly dispose of the trash and do not leave it inside the house. If your stay includes Tuesday, kindly put the trash bins out for Wednesday collection and return them afterward.
- FOOD DISPENSER NOTICE: Guests are NOT allowed to put food down the sinks. Any clogging due to food particles is subject to a $500 fee or more to get it fixed. Please properly throw away trash in the bins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
†TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES:
Please do not tamper with or disable any security cameras. If we notice any tampering, there will be a $500 fine, and you may be asked to leave without a refund. This also applies to any smoke detectors or monitoring devices.
†EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
Subject to availability. There is a small fee of $50 per hour if you would like to have an early check-in or check-out. Check-out time is strictly enforced due to our cleanersâ schedule. UNAUTHORIZED early check-in or check-out will result in a fee of $100 per hour.
†PARKING:
Feel free to use street parking or the driveway. Be sure to follow all parking signs to avoid fines and avoid blocking the sidewalk. For more detailed parking guidelines, please refer to the house manual.
†CLEANLINESS:
Please maintain cleanliness and refrain from wearing shoes inside the property. If any piece of furniture is moved but not put back in its original place, there'll be a charge of $100.
†DOORS:
Keep all doors closed to prevent insects or animals from entering.
- Important: Only lock doors for which you have PIN codes. If you accidentally lock yourself out and require a locksmith, you will be responsible for the fees.
†REFRIGERATOR DOOR GUIDELINES:
To ensure the proper functioning of our refrigerator and to prevent damage, please follow these specific instructions for opening and closing the doors:
Opening the Refrigerator:
Always open the left door first, followed by the right door. This sequence is important to maintain the alignment and sealing of the doors.
Closing the Refrigerator:
When closing the refrigerator, please close the right door first and then the left door. This helps in sealing the doors correctly and maintaining the internal temperature.
Please note that the water and ice cube dispenser in the fridge is currently not functioning and is not an offered amenity.
