Living room has Jennifer leather sofa that pulls out into full size sofa bed and huge walk in closet. Mattress was upgraded to be the best and most comfortable.
Brand new 40âł Smart TV for streaming. Smart Tv.
Dining table and chairs.
Kitchen has gas stove. Fully equipped for kitchen.
Bathroom has waterfall shower head and glass vessel sink.
Fully furnished. We own the apartment and the building. Full size washer and dryer in the basementânot coin operated. High speed wireless internet.
Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Scores 100 on walkscore. Easy to get downtown and to shuttle buses. Walk to CPMC.
