Very quiet location, no through traffic at our location. NO pets allowed. Street parking is REALLY easy on our streets, unlike the tight parking situation in the rest of the city.

Please take off your shoes to enjoy the freshly-done hardwood floor. Two bedrooms are apart for privacy. Comfortable queen size bed with memory foam mattress, and ample closet space in each bedroom. Living room sofa can be adjusted to three positions or turn into one more double size bed (with a memory mattress topper). HD flat screen TV (with Netflix) and Sonic fiber wireless Internet. Backstairs access to the yard with full view of the city.

Walk downhill to Precita Park surrounded by cafe, restaurant, deli, corner grocery store. Just one street turn to Bernal Heights Park and walking trails with spectacular panoramic views of the city. The hilltop is perfectly serene and romantic spot to watch sunrise, sunset, star gazing and fireworks. Walking distance to Cortland street (a lovely shopping street in the neighbourhood with organic grocery store, coffee shops, bakeries, unique gift stores, yoga, massage, art galleries, library, and a variety of restaurants: Japanese, Nepalese, Italian, Peruvian, Mexican, California cuisine etc.), the new trendy Valencia street, the Missions and 24th street shops and restaurants.

We developed a web site for our guests to check the bus arrival times for each bus line and bus stop. MUNI (SF bus transit system) 67 bus stop around the street corner to the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station (24th & Mission), or walk to the BART station in 15 minutes. A short drive to Noe Valley/Castro, Civic Center/Union Square. 3.5 miles (10-15 minutes drive) to downtown San Francisco.

Only a couple of minutes to get on 101/280 freeway, very convenient for business travellers to commute to Peninsula and south bay. It's within 15 minutes drive to San Francisco International Airport.

Our check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. 30 nights minimum stay.

Please observe the quiet hours (10 pm - 8 am) for our neighbourhood. Please help us keep the noise level down in the apartment and outside on the street.

The rates are based for ONE person. We charge additional $15 per person per night, adult or child. Please include the TOTAL number of guests at the time of inquiry or booking request.

If you arrive before the check-in time, please inform us beforehand and arrange to put your luggage in our garage.
