Greeted by Kimberly at the registration desk and was escorted to our room. She was extremely informative, helpful and welcoming. Excellent room and though the floors above the one we stayed in were being remodeled, that in no way interfered with or diminished our stay:
We really like this area a lot. The only issue is everything closes at 5 oâclock as far as shopping wise and the restaurants close at 10 PM so if you were into drinking and having a good time, there is only one bar.
Everything was great, but breakfast bar bagel was moldy. I went to front desk twice to tell them and no one was there. Went to check out and leave key, no one at desk.
Loved this place! The rooms are well furnished and spacious, and the hotel is situated walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and the war of 1812 battle grounds which are nice to walk around. Would recommend for anyone visiting Sackets Harbor or the Watertown area.
This was a quaint little hotel with a great big personality! Vince was such a kind man and walked me through the history of the place.
I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you. I will be back with my family.
