Whether you are in the area for an overnight business trip, a short weekend getaway, or even looking for the long-term reservation, this is the perfect spot to stay in the Greater Capital Region. This charming unit has a great central location on U.S. Route 9. Getting to SPAC & the Saratoga Racetrack is an easy 15 minute drive North. Also, there are many nearby colleges within a 30 minute drive. The building sits just across the street from beautiful Round Lake.
The space includes all of the essentials such as: a dedicated desk workspace, a comfortable queen bed, free wifi & tv, towels and linens, and even basic kitchen utensils. The unit has one queen bed that sleeps two people. If requested, we can supply a twin rollaway mattress that sleeps one additional person.
During your stay you will be able to access an entire ground floor private unit. Your reservation will also include shared amenities such as a central fire pit with outdoor seating, a basketball court, a BBQ grill cookout spot, and even a scenic walking area with a lovely stream & many trees.
We will likely have at least one staff member on the premises during business hours. If you need any additional assistance or have any concerns whatsoever, please feel free to reach out using the contact details provided. If any issues occur during your stay we will do our very best to make it right. With that, please make us aware of these issues as soon as possible.
This property sits on Route 9, which runs North & South, making it easy to get around. There are many restaurants, shopping centers, and other various types of businesses all within a 10 minute drive.
We will likely have staff on the premises during business hours. If you need any additional assistance during your stay we will do our best to make ourselves available if needed.
* Our entire property is currently being renovated. You should expect incomplete exterior in different areas of the property. Please consider this when booking.
**A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book. This hold will take place starting two days before check-out and will automatically be refunded 7 days after check-out.
Additional rules are important to ensure the safety and comfort of current and future guests. Please be respectful and I`m sure there won`t be any issues whatsoever!
- Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm. More than one noise complaint may result in a $75 penalty and a request to leave the property.
- Late check out without prior permission may result in a $50 penalty
- Any missing keys after check-out may result in a $100 penalty.
- Please clean the dishes before check-out. An excessive amount of dirty dishes may result in a $50 penalty (this rule ensures that we can get the property ready for the next guests in a timely manor).
