The cottage is separated into two units, each completely separated with their own entrance on opposite sides of the building. The space consists of two rooms which includes the bedroom and a bathroom. Outside the unit there is a deck and a seating area, one for each of the two units. Guests can use the entirety of the property`s land, including access to the stream near the back. Guests also have access to the lakefront plot of land across the street from Route 9. The cars drive very fast on Route 9 please take caution or use a vehicle to cross.

I will be made available 7 days a week from 8am-10pm for guests. For any urgent questions or concerns guests will have access to my direct line cell phone.

* Our entire property is currently being renovated. You should expect incomplete exterior in different areas of the property. Noise will not be an issue unless otherwise specified.

The unit has one queen bed that sleeps two people. If requested, we can supply a twin rollaway mattress that sleeps one additional person.

**A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book. This hold will take place starting two days before check-out and will automatically be refunded 7 days after check-out.
