The building is located in Rome city centre, only moments from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, San Luigi dei Francesi Church, where you can admire some precious paintings by Caravaggio, and Campo dei Fiori, one of the most famous and typical sights of the city, home to a colorful street market.
Within walking distance is also the other bank of the Tiber river, that one with the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo (across the Lungotevere Vaticano and Via della Conciliazione).
At about 500 meters is the famous Piazza Farnese, where the Farnese Palace stands. It was designed by Antonio da Sangallo and then continued by Michelangelo. Only moments from the apartment (about 20 meters) is Santa Maria in Vallicella church and the nearby Oratorio dei Filippini, erected under the supervision of Francesco Borromini between 1637 and 1667.

Bright and spacious 80 sqm, one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a stately building dating back to the 19th Century (with an elevator) in the heart of the historical center of Rome.

The apartment opens up directly onto the dining room, complete with a table for 4 people and which has the function of a foyer, since it leads to the other rooms of the house. The living room is located on the left and is furnished with a double sofa bed (width 1,20 mts) with the option of an additional single bed when 4 persone, TV area and design furniture.

The bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can be used as a double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers , an armchair and a wardrobe.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, cutlery, and crockery for six persons. A table with 4 chairs completes the kitchen.

The bathroom has sanitary fittings and a comfortable bathtub.
