Conceived as an Entertainment Room, there is a first area with extendable table to play and in the second, designed as a cinema room, there is a 75 LCD TV with soundbar, a 3-seater sofa and several comfortable adjustable armchairs for optimal viewing. Continuing is the SPA Bath with a 2-person bath with chromotherapy, relaxation area with kettle and herbal teas, complete the bathroom furnishings 2 reclining chairs to allow yourself a quiet rest after your bath. Finally there is a studio equipped with a beautiful table perfect for working, reading and using for your hobbies. The whole house is equipped with Ethernet and Wi-Fi sockets with fiber optic connection.



On the first floor, the villa has a large and bright modern kitchen, fully equipped with a dining table, ideal for meals with family or friends. The sleeping area includes three elegant double rooms all with independent balcony: two of them, the room Grigia and the room Verde, share a spacious bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower of 2 meters, while the third, the room Azzurra, has a private bathroom always with large walk in shower, ensuring comfort and privacy. Each room is furnished with a style that combines classic charm with modern and colorful details, designed to offer a pleasant and refined stay.
