Located on the third floor of an elegant early 20th-century building with elevator access, the apartment welcomes guests into recently renovated interiors where contemporary comforts blend seamlessly with subtle design touches, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

The spaces have been thoughtfully designed to combine practicality with style. The living area is a versatile and inviting space that brings together a lounge area, dining space, and kitchen in one harmonious setting. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare a relaxed breakfast or an easy dinner after a day exploring the city. The living area also includes a comfortable sofa bed, thoughtfully integrated to provide flexibility and comfort for families or small groups of up to five guests.

The main bedroom is spacious and bright, featuring one double bed and one single bed, making it an excellent choice for families or small groups of friends. From here, guests can access a pleasant private balcony, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. The modern bathroom is fully equipped and includes a shower.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the apartment offers complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, Smart TVs in both the living area and bedroom, as well as a washer-dryer.

One of the property’s most appreciated features is access to the beautifully renovated shared panoramic rooftop terrace, located on the top floor of the building. This elegant communal space offers a relaxing setting to unwind above the rooftops of Rome—whether enjoying a book, working in peace, or simply taking in a special moment with a view over the city.

The rooftop terrace is generally accessible daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM for both guests and building residents. As this is a shared communal space, we kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the building and the comfort of other residents. Access may occasionally be limited or temporarily suspended due to building regulations or maintenance requirements beyond our control.

The price doesn't include the City Tax (€ 6 per person per night for a max of 10 days), guests need to pay it ONLY in cash at their arrival in Rome.

The final cleaning fee must be paid in Euro cash upon arrival.

The guest must provide their arrival time at least 48 hours before the check-in date.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00 (3:00 pm to 9:00 pm). Check-ins after 21:00 (9:00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 11:00 am

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

A 35 € extra fee is required for check in scheduled for the 25th of December, the 1st of January, Easter day, 15 August.
