Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, il est possible de garer la voiture au parking payant de la Villa Borghese. Du parking Ă  la structure, il faut compter environ 10 minutes Ă  pied.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was perfectly set up with everything you could need. With 3 bedrooms, it fit our group of 6 very comfortably, and our guests were equally impressed. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the Spanish Steps, great dining, and shopping. Small touches like water bottles in the fridge and toiletries (a lifesaver since I forgot mine on the cruise!) were much appreciated. The manager was incredibly kind, attentive, and even helped us with our luggage while giving us a tour of the home. Highly recommend! 9/19/25

Apartment was ideally located, close to everything and yet was on a quiet street even thought it was located next to the subway station and Spanish Steps. We parked the car 15 minutes away and got around Rome just fine without it for 2.5 days.The apartment is well-appointed, modern and clean. The host was very accommodating. The space was ideal for a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The AC was really nice given how hot it was during our trip (July 2025). Throughly enjoyed our stay here while in Rome.

Pre cruise stay in Rome

The apartment was everything we hoped for and more. We especially appreciated coming home to air conditioning after what was a very hot weekend in Rome. The location was excellent, literally around the corner from the Spagna metro stop, giving us easy access to almost anywhere we wanted to go around the city. Second Time for the Win

This is our second time in a year at this vrbo. Location, location, location. Just a few minute walk to the grocery store, all the dinners, the underground, the taxi stand, etc. Emanuela also set up transport to and from FCO and Andreas is around to help with luggage and questions. Clean, big, and great location. I don’t think we will stay anywhere else ever again in Rome. This is a 5 star vrbo.

Updated and modern so close to everything!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, located almost on top of the Spanish Steps. It seems everywhere we wanted to go was with a 30 minute walk or less. Master suite and closet with en-suite bathroom, fully useable kitchen, and so so clean. Emanuela was perfect at communicating with me and Mr Andrea, who is on site, was very helpful, making it so easy to check-in and depart. We didn’t even need him other than that help! Highly recommend this property, the owner and the staff.

A Fab Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location - so close to everything you want to see. Fab host very helpful and great knowledge. Made lots of family memories. The Aircon was a must given the heat in Rome. Parking for the car was close and easy. If you are looking at a few places. Don’t look any further. Just stay here!
