This first floor spacious apartment is located at the foot of Aventino hill, in the Testaccio district, one of the most traditional and characteristic boroughs of Rome, within walking distance to Trastevere.

When you will step in the first thing you will notice will be probably the modern and luminous style of forniture and the way the space is managed in order to make you feel free to move and cosy at the same time. Excellent beds, helpfulHost. Great ride arranged to the airport on our last day. However, there were no kitchen linens, nor knives to prep foods or slice bread. There were ants in the bathroom and the bathroom was a bit smelly, and the toilet flushed poorly in the shared one.

Perfect Rome Stay Before Our Cruise!We stayed here with two other couples before our Mediterranean cruise, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location was fantastic—close to cafes, restaurants, and easy walks to many of Rome’s top sights. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, perfect for exploring on foot.Each couple had plenty of space, and the rooms were much larger than expected for Rome. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured. It was the perfect place to relax after long travel days and before boarding our ship.Our host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone starting (or ending) their Italian adventure!

This place is ok. Our issues were foul odor for the entire stay that seemed related to plumbing/ drains, and one of the showers did not have a door making it difficult to shower without lots of water on the floor.

Perfect for seeing historic sites in Rome

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The location is within walking distance of Circus Maximus and the Colosseum. There are convenient bus stops for getting to other attractions. Note that parking is at a premium in urban Rome, so plan to use public transportation. You can get from the Leonardo da Vinci airport to the apartment by taking the FL1 to Stazione Roma Trastevere, walking about 250 meters and then picking up a bus to Emporio. The MooneyGo app will let you buy 24 and 48 hour passes for all urban buses trams, and metro for a reasonable price. I highly recommend! There is also a wine bar next door that serves great food with friendly service and a mellow vibe, and the cafe across the street is a convenient place to grab your morning cappuccino.

Great location & Great accommodations

Before I get into the review, let me explain how I review. I don’t necessarily expect perfection when I walk into a house/apartment. If something is needed or missing it is how the owner or management company responds. Time for the review. Accommodation: We loved this place. The location is perfect with so many things within walking distance. The apartment was as described in the VRBO listing. Three large bedrooms, one with a full bathroom. Each room had a queen size mattress (comfortable) bed. This was important to us as we had 6 adults (3 couples) and having equal accommodations was important. Communication: Fantastic! From being able to check in early, airport transportation, and apartment issues. Issue: The all in one washer/dryer. This was the first time I had ever used one. To say I (personally) was confused was an understatement. I googled and You Tube’d how to use it and was unsuccessful. I reached out to the company and immediately was getting help. User error for sure! To also assist a brand new clothes dryer stand was brought over the next day to help us. The washer/dryer combo set does not 100% dry uour clothes like a stand alone dryer. Recommendation: Would I stay her again? Absolutely! Everything was fantastic and as described. Thank you for sharing your home. David
