My apartment in Rome (yes, it is directly rented by the owner) has two large and comfortable bedrooms , plus two sofa beds in the sitting room, hosting easily 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 children. Has two complete and well designed bathrooms and a proper kitchen with all the appliances -new and updated- you would need to cook even for a large party. A balcony for relax, air conditioned, central heating, a safety front door, a lift, a gate keeper and even a box for your car-if needed-: not easy to be found. A large terrace is available for guests on request on the top of the building (lift) with a magnificent view of Rome at 360°.
The apartment is full of daylight and very well furnished with some pieces of art . It has quality wooden furniture and household linen, but is up to date for television , telephone and wifi .
You will choose to come back home to enjoy and relax . But if you have to work instead, you will be in the best condition to over perform at your desk (proper desk available by a sunny window) You will live as the Romans do, in an area very alive and very safe too.
COVID-19- My apartment in Rome is run leaving time between each guest to allow a total cleaning and disinfection. We follow the OMS cleaning guidelines as published by VRMA (https://www.vrma.org/page/covid19)
For each new guest the site goes through a disinfection process of floors, bathrooms, kitchen and appliances , handles, switches and surfaces . Bed and bath linen are washed at high temperature, using disinfectant agents.
