The space
Rome City Break is the perfect choice for your holiday or business trip. Its two bedrooms can easily accommodate a solo traveller who needs extra space to work, one or two couples or even a family of four who want to enjoy the city and have their own privacy.

~ A Tour of the Property ~

The first room you see as you enter the unit is the living room.
Here you'll find:
- a comfortable sofa
- a 50" smart TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps installed*
- a table for 4, to dine in if you don't feel like going out or if the weather is not ideal.
- A/C unit, for the hottest summer days.

From the living room you can access the cozy kitchen.
Here you'll have:
- full refrigerator with freezer,
- large gas stove (4 burners) and electric oven,
- smoke and carbon monoxide alarm,
- dishwasher,
- pots, pans, dishes, glasses and mugs for all your meals,
- Italian coffee maker "moka",
- toaster,
- an initial supply of dishsoap, dishwasher tablets***,
- an initial supply of ground coffee, oil, salt, vinegar***,
- 5 trash cans for separating waste,
- an initial supply of trash bags***.

Moving on towards the two bedrooms, you'll see a very convenient map of the city in the hallway, a big help to plan your busy days in the city.

On your left, you'll see the bathroom, fully equipped with:
- shower,
- bidet,
- hair dryer (with a diffuser for your mane of curls),
- washing machine,
- drying rack and clothespins,
- first aid kit,
- sanitary bags for tampons,
- an initial supply of toilet paper***,
- an initial supply of washing liquid and water softener for washers***,
- an initial supply of hand soap and shower gel***.

At the end of the short hallway, on your left, you'll see the twin room, where you'll find:
- a comfortable twin bed (80 X 200 cm) which can turn into a double bed (160 X 200 cm) - there's a second twin mattress which rolls out of the first one, to make a double bed**,
- a large wardrobe with clothes hangers,
- a 32" smart TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps intalled*
- a laptop-friendly desk and chair,
- an A/C unit,
- a balcony facing the backstreet.

Opposite the twin room you'll have the master bedroom, which is equipped with:
- a stylish double bed (160 X 200 cm),
- a large wardrobe with clothes hangers,
- iron and ironing board, just in case,
- a chest of drawers,
- a 32" smart TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps intalled*,
- a laptop-friendly desk and chair,
- an A/C unit,
- a balcony overlooking the city with a cosy table and two chairs for your drinks while watching the sunset.

~ Something worth knowing ~

* Netflix and Amazon prime apps are installed on each TV, but the service is not provided: you need to log into the apps with your personal info. Don't forget to log out before you leave the apartment!

** The double bed in the twin room can't be separated into two twins. The only two options are: one twin for one person or one double for two people.

***We aim at ensuring our guests' smoothest arrival and experience by providing an initial supply of essentials, such as dish soap, toilet paper, shower gel and more. If you finish them during your stay you'll need to pick up more as you shop.
Guest access
The unit is rented out as a whole; as such, our guests have access to the whole apartment and no other guest will have access to it during your stay.
