- Tourist taxes (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings over a week, a weekly cleaning of €90 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking

IMPORTANT: To complete the online check, you must enter the photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is not valid.
Upon request, guests must submit documents relating to the registration of incoming people.

INFO CHECK OUT: Excluding situations where late check out is granted, if the check out time at 10 am is not respected, a penalty of € 30 will be applied after the first 15 minutes and € 50 after a 25-minute delay in vacating the property.

*In the event that the Landlord is unable to vacate the apartment within the established day and time of the Checkout (10 AM), the Landlord, from now on, authorizes the Landlord to enter the house in his absence and to vacate the apartment from
all personal effects, objects or things owned by the Host. The Landlord also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days), in the best possible way, all the Landlord's assets and return them to him at his first request.
