L'appartement est situé au 4 ° étage avec ascenseur. L'appartement est grand 65mq avec un beau balcon de 5mq, ici il y a une table avec des chaises où vous pourrez profiter du panorama de la ville et avoir un aperçu de la magnifique basilique de Saint Jean au Latran!

Il y a du parquet dans tout l'appartement. Ici peut laisser 5 personnes confortables.
Il y a un salon lumineux avec une table élégante avec des chaises, un canapé-lit double et un canapé-lit simple très confortable et élégant, un grand téléviseur HD et une climatisation efficace; dans la chambre il y a un nouveau lit double, un grand placard et une grande fenêtre.

Logement bien situé à Rome, malgré le bruit dû à la présence d’un bar en bas de l’immeuble. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas rencontré l’hôte. Literie moyenne. Nous n’avons séjourné dans cet appartement que pour dormir.

Perfect !

Ideal situation, one metro station away from the central station, or 10 mn walking. The apartment is clean, without luxury but this is not what we were looking for. Clean and comfortable, only the shower could be upgraded. Ideal for greeting you after a 10-hour long walk in this beautiful city !! Highly Recommended. I will come back !

Ideal home base for exploring Ancient Rome

Just a few minute walk directly to the Colosseum. Location couldn’t have been much better. Traveling with my kids and this was a great property to stage our Rome adventures out of. We spent our time in the old part of Rome near the Colosseum and forum but given the metro stations nearby can easily explore anywhere in the city. The property has all the essentials. Great to have a room for me and also beds for each of the three kids. And enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night as things were winding down for the day.

It’s a good location, not too far from the Train station. There’s metro right there as well. Seemed like every time I mapped a walk it was 7-10 minutes. Just fine for us. Hope we can come back someday.

Wonderful host & great place

Terrific stay in a vibrant Rome neighborhood. Our first trip to Rome and Daniela was super helpful even to the point of helping us with logistics like directions and transportation. Great location that allowed us to walk to most of our tours and also great dining options with a responsive and accommodating host. We hope to stay again

Colosseum Gem

You can’t beat this location, which is a quick 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and other attractions. There are plenty of nearby food markets, restaurants and transportation. The apartment was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Great to have a lift in the building, a balcony, a large kitchen and a washing machine as we stayed one week. Plenty of hot water for showers and control of the thermostat, which we really appreciated because we’ve stayed at other other places where that wasn’t the case. The TV also had great streaming options. Daniela responded quickly to our messages. The only minor issue we had was a miscommunication about the coffee maker. Perhaps there was a language barrier. There was an electric hot water kettle but we don’t drink instant coffee. There was also a super small Italian Moka pot. We ended up buying a 6 cup moka pot. My wife and I work online while traveling so we like renting apartments and lingering over breakfast in the morning. We would definitely come back to Daniela's apartment and we know you would enjoy the apartment as well.

Property is spacious and quite, in a great location, with a bar on the ground floor of the building serving Italian wine's from small producer's, as well as coffee, pastries and small plate. There's also a bakery, veg shop and brilliant delicatessen nearby.Good base to explore Rome.

Spacious Apartment/Great Location

I’ll start by saying that Daniela was very responsive up to and during our stay. The check-in process was smooth and seamless and Daniela was kind enough to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in. The apartment was more spacious than I was expecting and is quite lovely. We enjoyed being able to sit out on a balcony. I do agree with some of the other reviewers that the shower could be updated and that the water temperature fluctuates. There was also no hot water in the kitchen, but not sure if this was a one-off. I would suggest that when using the hair dryer, keep it a safe distance from your head, as your hair will be sucked in to the fan! The location is very close to a Metro station, grocery store and many restaurants. Neighbourhood felt very safe. All in all, I’m comfortable recommending this apartment.

3rd stay on our adventure. After a 4hr drive & harrowing drive around central train station in Rome.........3 times we locate the rental car agency to return car. A 30min wait for cab then arrival to Apt only to wait another 45 min until the door is opened for us from some faraway place. Not exactly an auspicious beginning, but we enter the home with high hopes which were quickly diminished. Enjoyable Restaurants & Bars within walking distance. mike & janet

Nice apartment with easy access to many attractions. We could walk or catch the metro to just about anywhere which was great. Good size, good comms and nice kitchen too. Shower was a little hot and cold, but fine for us.

We had an amazing stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything, but still tucked away enough to feel like a local. The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the nearby dining options and a fantastic corner coffee shop that quickly became our go-to spot each morning. The host was wonderful and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a seamless and authentic stay!

Nice Location and cute Balcony

The Apartment was exactly as described, a good location, close enough to sites, but not loud. Cafe downstairs was a nice benefit. We traveled during a heat wave, after an initial back and forth regarding the AC, we were able to maintain the apartment temperature at a comfortable level.

Great apartment in a quiet but central neighbourhood!

My stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The location was perfect, situated in a quieter neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of tourists but still very accessible by public transportation or a short walk to major tourist attractions. The nearby Monti neighbourhood offered excellent food options. The apartment is equipped with both an air conditioning unit and a fan, which is excellent for Europe, though North American travelers might find it a bit warm during the summer months. The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating. She provided very accurate entrance instructions and allowed us to drop off our bags earlier than the check-in time, which was a huge convenience. Throughout our stay, she remained available and responsive via WhatsApp and the VRBO app. I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with an outstanding host.

Great place!

This was a great property that we were able to enjoy our stay in while we explored Rome. The neighborhood felt very safe. The few restaurants around the area also had good food as well. One issue that some people that come from America may have is with the AC if you come in the summer time. It did get very hot at night, around 89°F, but if you are comfortable with this already, then it shouldn’t be an issue.

Beautiful and Centric Apartment in Rome

This apartment is stunning, beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable, situated right in the heart of Rome. It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the train terminal, which offers direct access to the main airport (FCO) in just 30 minutes. The Colosseum and Roman Forum are only a 10-minute stroll away, while other attractions like the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon are easily accessible via the inexpensive M train on the subway. The host, Daniella, was fantastic. She frequently checked in on us and was always available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Daniella, for everything!

Not a great area

One direction from the property did not seem like a very safe area for families. Walking from the Roma Termini train station to the property felt unsafe with our kids. There was even a fight at the bar downstairs during one of the nights that lasted for about an hour and police never even showed up. Given that, communication with Daniela was very good. She answered our questions and requests via WhatsApp quickly. The apartment itself was underwhelming. The shower had issues with water temperature and pressure. The AC was weak (by US standards). I'm honestly not sure how you can get to the Colosseum in 2 minutes. It was a lot longer than that. Overall, I would not recommend this property for families with younger kids. For adults only, it should be OK.
