The GetInRome Vaticano apartments are located in a strategic point, a stone's throw from St. Peter's Square and the Vatican, just a few minutes away from Castel S. Angelo and the splendid Spanish Steps. Stain is not absolutely necessary.
The apartments are just a stone's throw from the Ottaviano Metro stop, with which you can reach easily and in a very short time the other important poles of the city. (Colosseum, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Circus Maximus etc.).

Just some info that may be important for you:
Most major tourist destinations, like Rome, have regulations that govern private room or apartment renting. Basically any room or apartment that rents space without respecting these regulations is not legal.
Those who aren’t authorized to be renting their properties are surely incapable or unwilling to abide by other laws that are all connected.

Why should you care?
Booking an illegal rental puts you at risk of being stranded without a place to stay if a property owner is forced to comply with the law and removes their rental from the market.

Safety. Hosts who circumvent the rental permit process are also less likely to follow regulations. If you don’t care about the law and preventing disasters, you really don’t care much about the people they might happen to.
At check in it is requested a city tax of 6 euros per person per day by the City Of Roma to pay in cash at check in.

For late arrival it must be requested and there is a cost according to the arrival time.

If the booking is for 2 persons and it is requested also the sofa bed, there is a cost of 30 euros.

Perfect family accommodation close to Vatican

Excellent apartment short walk from the Vatican and Metro station. Many nice cafe and eateries in the neighborhood. Check-in and check-out process was as smooth as it can be. Great communication from the host with lots of useful information. Will certainly stay here again next time in Rome.

Great place near the Vatican.

The apartment was spacious for my wife and I. It was very clean and the check-in process was easy. The location is great! There are several good restaurants with in 5 minuets of the apartment. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.

Apartment was clean and the main bed and pillows were very comfortable. The place was close to a Metro stop which made it easy to get around. The neighborhood seems very safe and it has very good shopping.

Amazing stay

Thank you Alessandra for an awesome stay! She was very accommodating allowing us to to drop off our bags in the apartment as we arrived early. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom/separate shower room were the best we had during our trip across Europe. Definitely recommend staying here and if we return to Rome would stay again!

Great location in a safe neighborhood with many conveniences nearby. Alessandra was lovely and so very accommodating! We came in exhausted from our flight and she had the apartment ready for us when we arrived. We were and are so grateful! She arranged transportation to and from the airport as well as provided suggestions for food and more! Many thanks to Alessandra for making our trip stress free!

Great location

This was the perfect location to the Vatican. The neighborhood was cute and safe. We loved being able to walk to the Vatican early in the morning. It was also close to a taxi hub too. The apartment is adorable! Very clean and lots of space. Alessandra was so welcoming, and quick to answer all our questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely brilliant

Wonderful apartment and absolutely wonderful place to stay. Really so comfortable, amazing location and the owner was so nice and unbelievably friendly and attentive. Great restaurants nearby, one for all: dal Toscanno.. Grocery store down the stairs and subway a 2 min. walk.. I Would highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!
