The apartment is laid out in bright and airy rooms, with tall windows that flood every room with natural light. Two elegant double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), a versatile home office with a sofa bed that converts into two single beds, and a harmonious living room with dining area offer space and privacy to a family or three couples of friends for a maximum of 6 guests.



For lovers of Italian cuisine, there is a fully equipped kitchen, separated from the living room by elegant glass doors - a detail that is not to be underestimated, because it will keep any cooking smells in their place. It is equipped with all the essentials for your meals, from the induction hob to the microwave, the juicer or the Nespresso machine.



The classic furnishings blend with contemporary elements, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. The period furniture, custom-made bookcases and original architectural details tell the story of Rome, while modern conveniences - from independent heating to air conditioning, from Wi-Fi to Sky - guarantee a comfortable stay.



Santa Maria alle Fornaci is in a prime location: just a few minutes from the Vatican area, in the Aurelio neighborhood where the bricks for St. Peter's were made (the name Fornaci means “brickworks” in Italian, which is a clue!). Frequent buses nearby can take you to the main landmarks, from the Campo de’ Fiori area to Piazza Navona or Piazza Venezia. Trastevere is 15 minutes away on foot, as is Castel Sant’Angelo.

Please note that due to the absence of an elevator, the apartment is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

The apartment complies with current safety regulations and is equipped with a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and gas detector, ensuring a safe and worry-free stay.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 11:00.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.
