Situé au cinquiÚme étage avec ascenseur d'un palais d'époque, dans l'une des rues les plus célÚbres de la ville et à quelques pas des escaliers de la Piazza di Spagna, l'appartement de qualité, spacieux et lumineux se compose de 3 grandes chambres doubles, un salon spacieux avec kitchenette et deux salles de bains (dont une ensuite). L'appartement dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi et de la climatisation gratuite.

L'appartement est situé au coeur du centre historique de la ville, et vous pouvez vous promener à la plupart des sites de la ville. à quelques minutes à pied de la ligne de métro A Piazza di Spagna.

It was such a wonderful spot for my family and I to stay at. The location is wonderful and we spent most of the time just walking. I highly recommend staying here, the beds were comfy and the pillows were nice.

Great location, Nice little coffee shop right next door. Everything worked as it should. Only one of the three beds had a sag in the middle which made it uncomfortable for two people. The shower head was locked in a position you needed to crouch down to wash the upper part of your body which was a bit inconvenient. I also made arrangements prior to my booking in which i was told it would be ok for us to put our bags in there at a specific time prior to check in. When i arrived they said i was not allowed to and even showing them the message they said they would.. they pretty much said.. oh well. Check in / check out was easy and Antonio was very friendly. i say a 4.5 out of 5 based on these factors. I would stay there again if they replace the mattress, fix the shower and would keep their word.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it. The location was fantastic — convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The host was very responsive, communicative, and even met us at the apartment to ensure a smooth check-in.The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, easily fitting our group of six adults and two children without feeling crowded. It was the perfect home base for our trip.This wasn’t the fault of the host, as they do not own the building, but I would be remiss not to mention that the lift was broken for the first four days of our stay. Climbing four flights of stairs was challenging, especially with my elderly mother-in-law. Once the lift was repaired, things became much easier.

We loved our stay here! There were 6 of us total including my 2 in-laws and my 2 children (both under 10). There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the location- right by the Spanish steps but far enough away to avoid any extra noise. The elevator seemed brand new. Very clean building and enjoyed the cafe next door for morning drinks. Thank you for our stay!

Everything from booking to checking out was excellent!! The apartment is huge with huge bedrooms!! It was super clean. The photos are exactly what was posted. The location is excellent with walking to all of the sites, trevi, spanish steps, colliseum and if your really a walker then to the Vatican! We felt very comfortable and safe our whole time! Definitely would book again!

This place was amazing. We were 6 adults . Walked to most sights. The street is very busy with traffic at night for the front roomSo exhausted from the day we slept good anyway. The check in process was smooth, and communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. The property was well stocked with starter supplies and the kitchen had all we needed. Excellent location and plenty of room for 7 people. 3 large bedrooms. Small packet of washing powder would have been helpful. We thought soap and shampoo would be available.Check in service to drop off luggage earlier than 3pm is needed.

Not an elevated experience and unaccommodating property managers

This was our least favorite place for our family of 4 during our 4 stops in Italy. We picked the home because it looked beautiful in pictures but we found it to be tired with old and dated furniture, old uncomfortable beds and a very dated kitchen. We also were immediately put off by the rude property managers that begun their communications with "we are not concierges" which was the theme of the stay including when we arrived at 3:30pm (with the check in time of 3), they said that they would send someone at 4pm to let us in - that was the the best they could do. Luckily for us, someone met u at 3:45pm as we were outside in the heat with all of our bags. They also did not allow any extended check out (from 10am!) and refused to help us by storing bags. I do not recommend - and I have never posted a negative review in all my years on VRBO. AVOID

Gorgeous apartment with large rooms and comfy beds. Elevator to our floor was helpful with luggage. Good location to tour Rome. Delicious dining options all around. It really is just steps away from the Spanish Steps - go later at night for great views and less crowds.
