Beautiful loft in the center of Rome, large spaces and 3 bedrooms, with air conditioning and smartv, thanks to the location you can easily access all the local attractions, the Roman Forum and the Colosseum can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, via Condotti and via del Corso, the famous shopping streets, can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
The Monti district is famous for its lively nightlife, with trendy and characteristic clubs.

The loft consists of 3 bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning and smartv, a very spacious open space where there is a fully equipped kitchen with island, a corner bar with icebox, juicer, wine fridge, a large sofa and a 75-inch smartv with Bose soundbar.

Everything was perfect

More suggestions: Roberto met us in person and gave us a tour of the apartment and was very responsive to any questions we sent him during our stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was a perfect stay for my husband, brother, and sister-in-law. The apartment had all the amenities we needed—from a coffee maker to blow dryers. We especially enjoyed buying fresh oranges each day and making homemade orange juice with the juicer provided on-site. The location is a short walk to the Colosseum.

Excellent Rome Visit

The description given is accurate! We loved the location. The neighborhood is lovely with a variety of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Condo is comfortable and worked great for the 4 of us. Roberto and Andrea were amazing. Would recommend if you are planning a visit to Rome.

Absolutely Perfect

We highly recommend this condo. It is in a great location in the Mondi district to explore Rome. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum/Forum and the Rome Termini station, and maybe 15-20 minute walk to Trevi fountain area. There are plenty of nice local restaurants and cafes near the condo as well. Roberto met us at the condo and gave a great tour of how everything worked. He was super friendly and provided great recommendations for places to eat throughout the city, and talked through a map of Rome and his suggestions on how to get around to explore. He also arranged a reasonably priced car service to pick us up at the airport and allowed us to drop off our bags given our early arrival. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable, well decorated and looks more amazing than the pictures. You can't go wrong with this location for your stay in Rome.

Comfortable, beautiful & well-appointed apartment near Colosseum

The apartment is spacious & sleeps 6 (with 3 beds). The kitchen has everything you could need and the common area is comfortable. The apartment is completely renovated and has air-conditioning. The Monti region is an excellent alternative to Trastevere for restaurants and night life. The location is the best access point for the ancient part of Rome.

Long Weekend in Rome

This was by far the nicest apartment we have ever rented. Beautifully designed, immaculately clean, a fully stocked kitchen, useful maps of the city, an extra set of keys, everything new and in good working order--every convenience imaginable and all exactly as described. Roberto was fantastic to work with--he met us at the apartment earlier than check-in and quickly mapped out the whole area and quickest ways to travel around, with suggestions for restaurants. We loved it and will definitely rent again if back in Rome. :-)

Super apartment in the heart of Rome

This apartment is super cool ! It was very comfortable and has a spacious layout. It looks exactly like the photos with high ceilings, and great lighting. Beds were super comfortable linens were very nice. Kitchen was also equipped for everything. Even had an icemaker, a juicer and a blender.. The location of this apartment truly doesn’t get any better. You are in the heart of the city within walking distance to all attractions. Washer and dryer came in handy. The lofty vibe was really cool.! Our host, Andrea was there to greet us and walk us through the instructions of the apartment he also provided us a detailed map with places to visit and dine at which was helpful. He’s a charming And personable host. Very professional.Any questions we had he was quick to respond and helpful in every way. we did run into a problem with the hot water system, which he was quick to respond and facilitate it being taken care of. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again thank you for hosting us!!

Absolutely perfect!

Incredible stay in this truly special loft. Everything, starting from the furnishings, comfort and style, made this holiday in Rome truly unforgettable. The apartment has 3 very comfortable rooms, with very comfortable beds (the one on the upper floor with glass on the floor drove my children crazy), 3 bathrooms with shower, smart TV in each room and one in the living room, air conditioning, bar corner with ice machine, juicer and blender, fully equipped kitchen, in short everything for maximum comfort. The area is perfect for reaching all the major attractions with 10-20 minute walks. Around the corner is the lively and characteristic Monti district with its trendy clubs and typical restaurants recommended by the hosts, who were very kind and helpful, especially during check-in where they filled us with information and curiosities about Rome and its history. We will definitely be back!!
