Great apartment and terrific location in the heart of Rome. Just steps away from a daily market / restaurants and easy navigating around town. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities to allow you to cook. We made breakfast every morning and all the utensils were there that enabled that. The rooms were very comfortable and I liked the living area being separate from the bedrooms.

Greatest location in Rome!!!

My wife and I stayed at this property for four nights with another couple. We all loved the location. It was so centrally located, and all of the attractions were a very short distance to walk. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking about going to Rome!

Great location and potential. A few things that need to improve: 1. Poor overall instructions. No instruction book in the apartment (unlike 100% of other ABnB or VRBOs) and no on-line instructions. We had to constantly send IMs to owner because of this. 2. MBR sink would not drain properly - extremely slow to drain. Clog need to be removed. 3. Poor temperature control in showers. 4. Wife could not get hot water in the shower one evening. Other than these things (which are important), we loved the place.

Christmas in Rome 2022

What a great property! A hidden gem in the heart of Rome. It felt like home with its unique art work, books and furnishings. The apartment was very comfortable (my only minor complaint was that the master bed was a little hard for me, but the other beds were very comfortable) and spacious for our family of 5. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking as well. We liked that the apartment was all on one level. The apartment is on the second level and we felt very safe and secure in the building. The property mgmt company was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We needed a few extra towels/bedding and they brought them right over. We would highly recommend this property and hope that we can come back to stay again. Grazie mille! The Lampiasi Family

Quiet apartment, good location

Very spacious apartment in a good location next to shopping and restaurants. There are 3 flights of narrow stairs to reach the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a washer, no dryer.

Good location

This apartment was spacious and was in a great location for walking. It was very loud at night, especially on a weekend. The cleaner does not clean between stays, only changes the sheets and towels. I communicated this with the owner and they indicated they would send someone to re clean but no one ever came. I then asked them to return the cleaning fee. Haven't received anything yet. We had to clean the bathrooms and all surfaces and re do dishes.

Short Stay in rome

It was a lovely flat. Comfortable beds, two clean bathrooms, good location near the Camp di'fiori and Piazza Navona. Just a few issues. There were no sheets for the fold out sofa. Be sure to let them know you intend to use it. There are some strict rules about rubbish sorting but the bins mentioned in the notebook for guests were not available. Luckily we had a plastic bag we used for organic and no recycle trash. Over all very helpful. They let us bring our luggage by early while they cleaned. Recommend the the place for anyone needing a place in Rome.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

We had an excellent time. The location of the apartment is ideal and meant we could walk everywhere. The apartment was great - clean, well looked after, well equipped with a very helpful property manager. Highly recommend.

Location very centrally located with good restaurants, taxi's, scooters, and many attractions all in walking distance. Host very accomodating with early check in due to changing travel plans!
