The surroundings are full of restaurants and excellent ice cream shops. Many buses that reach the center in 5 minutes and Metro A at 150 meters.

APARTMENT RULES:

ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50. If you arrive after 00:30 proceeded to cancel the reservation

- Tourist taxes (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings exceeding the week, a weekly cleaning of €98 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

-The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking

IMPORTANT: To complete the online check-in, you must attach your ID card or passport photo. The driving license is not valid.
Guests should submit documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.

INFO CHECK OUT: Excluding situations where late check out is granted, if the check out time at 10 am is not respected, a penalty of € 30 will be applied after the first 15 minutes and € 50 after a 25-minute delay in vacating the property.
*In the event of the host's inability to leave the apartment by the day and time of the Check out (10 am), the host authorizes the Landlord to enter the house in his absence and to free the apartment from all the host's personal effects, objects or property. The Landlord also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days), in the best possible way, all the Tenant's assets and to return them to him at his first request.

*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.
