Als wir die Unterkunft betraten waren wir wirklich positiv überrascht. Wir haben die Junior Suite gebucht und im ersten Moment war alles super. Das Bett war sehr bequem und man hat viel Platz. Es hat einen Schreibtisch und einen kleinen eigenen Balkon Richtung Innenhof. Das Zimmer war von der Lage her sehr leise. Leider kam kurz danach die böse Überraschung. Das Badezimmer war eine einzige Katastrophe. Bei der Toilette ist das Wasser während dem Spülen hinten raus gespritzt. Das ganze Wasser hat sich auf dem Boden verteilt und ist Richtung Zimmer geflossen. Zudem hat die ganze Toilette gewackelt, wenn man sich drauf gesetzt hat. Die Abluft hat nicht funktioniert, weswegen das Badezimmer wirklich schlimm nach Kanalisation gerochen hat. Wir haben die Badezimmer-Türe die ganze Zeit geschlossen gehabt, damit sich der Gestank nicht im Zimmer ausgebreitet hat. Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser zum Dusche. Zudem war der Duschkopf und auch die Fugen der Dusche verschimmelt. Wir haben diese Mängel dann gemeldet. Das wurde dann auch angeschaut und am nächsten Tag wurde die Toilette geflickt. Der Duschkopf wurde "gereinigt". Leider sah er immer noch gleich verschimmelt aus, so dass es für mich nicht in Frage kam, diesen zu benutzen. Die Lüftung im Bad hat bis zu unserer Abreise nicht funktioniert. Angeblich war es ein grösseres Problem an der Anlage. Ob diese noch behoben wurde, weiss ich nicht. Wir hatten auch kein Warmwasser bis zu unserer Abreise.

Good location close to Termini station. Excellent reception service and communication. We were able to do late check in and leave our luggage the next day. The guy at reception also helped us with recommendations. The room was clean and had plenty of space. Bathroom was very small and the water pressure was not good. Overall it was very good value for price and I recommend

Super nette und aufmerksame Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft per whatsapp bereits vor / bei der Anreise. Trotz nicht durchgehender Rezeptionbesetzung waren dadurch Schlüsselübergabe und Gepäckverwahrung nach dem Check-Out kein Problem. Super zenrale Lage zum Bahnhof Termini / zur U-Bah und den Sehenswürtigkeiten im Innenstadtbereich.

In the centre, but run down location

Hard to find the hotel, as it in a rough area, on a big square, and doors arent clearly numbered. Stayed 4 nights, and wasn't given the code for the lift access, and was told we can only use this when first entering as we had suitcases. So had to climb a few long flight of stairs each time we went in and out, which was very painful. If only this was known when I was making the booking.. So we tried to stay out for the day, as long as possible without returning. We also had 3 keys, just to be able to get to the main 2 doors, and then finally our room. So this was frustrating. The hotel isn't manned 24 hours, so this was an issue when the room was very cold and we couldn't get the heating to work. We were then given a controller for the heating then next day. The breakfast was very basic, with just an option for ceral, toast or a couple of pastries. We also had to wait until someone asked us for hot drinks (which took a while on some days) so went to our room to make this instead. The main double bed was comfortable but the sheets had stains on which looked like blood. As there was no one at reception i flipped the duvet over, and mad edo for the 4 days without complaining. The 2 other single beds in our room had very uncomfortable mattresses. Would only recommend if you are fit and young, on a budget, and not staying more then one or 2 nights.
