Elegant and charming flat located in a 17th-century aristocratic building in Via Condotti, a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. When we arrived, we were greeted by Federico. He was very helpful, had all resources/recommendations we needed and was available. We highly appreciated the personal touch and hospitality.The apartment could not be in a more convenient location: cannot think of a point of interest that was farther than 40 mins walk. Even though the apartment is in an area with restaurants and shops, lots of foot traffic, it is on the top floor, very private and quiet for a good catch up sleep for those jet lagged. Bedding was also very convenient.The building is old, as one would expect for the downtown of Rome, and has the old-times charm. The apartment has been afforded nice details whether one wants to enjoy a nice glass of wine, read a book, or watch a movie after a a long day of sightseeing.

Ottaviano was easy to reach, friendly and allowed us to stay an extra night when our plans changed: The apartment is comfortable—great beds! Very quiet even though you are in the middle of the bustle. The location is perfect for access to all of the major monuments and museums as well as strolling in the late evening. We didn’t cook at all so can’t speak to the kitchen experience. Too many amazing restaurants in this city. My daughter enjoyed the little balcony off the larger bedroom. I would stay again if I were lucky enough to return to this wonderful city.

The location for our stay could not have been better. In such a great location that made it very easy to walk to all of our destinations. The condo itself was in great condition as well and was great to come back to after our long days out. Ottaviano really went above and beyond with our stay to make sure everything was okay and was very easy to talk to. I would recommend staying here to anyone and would look to revisit as well. Top tier.

Fabulous apartment and fabulous location!

We had such an amazing stay in Rome and this Penthouse apartment was fantastic! The location is steps away from the Spanish Steps, and you can easily walk to the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Cafes and groceries are all within blocks. We had so much fun just wandering the narrow streets around the apartment.We were so grateful for the air conditioning when we returned from hot sight seeing days around Rome. And, best of all, Ottaviano was the best host. He met us to show us around the place, and had lots of recommendations for nearby restaurants. Grazie mille, Ottaviano!!!

Excellent location, spacious apartment

We had a great experience staying four nights at Conduits 21 Penthouse. Otto was an excellent host! He helped us with our luggage, showed us around the apartment, helped us connect with a tour guide and gave us so many helpful recommendations for our time in Rome. He was very responsive, helpful and communicative. He also alerted us to the ZTL zones which saved us making the mistake of driving our rental car into the area and incurring a fine. The apartment was perfect for our family, two adults and two teens. We slept well, enjoyed sitting on the little balcony off of one of the bedrooms and could spread out in the living room area. Otto offered laundry service as an amenity - there is a basket in the hall that you can leave your clothes and his cleaners come and wash the clothes and leave them for you when they are ready. Note that the clothes need to air dry so you need to manage your expectations accordingly. We were there long enough for this to be a useful service. The location is excellent! You can see the Spanish steps from the main door. The apartment is in an old building, but it is very clean and well appointed. I thought it was perfectly charming and we all enjoyed hanging out in the apartment during our down times. I would definitely stay here again with family or friends!

Phenomenal host and location. Very safe and large apartment. Coffee and toiletries made this apartment very convenient. Ottaviano is a great host. Note: there is no washer/dryer in unit but Ottaviano makes it easy by washing the laundry and bringing it back folded so you do not need to spend your time doing laundry.

Fabulous!

Fabulous apartment near the Spanish steps on the best shopping street in Rome . Property manager was so helpful giving us restaurant tips and even calling a taxi for the airport . Highly recommend this apartment .

Our return to Roma Centro

This was our second VRBO booking and it could not have been more perfect. Ottaviano our host was in instant and constant contact with us before we arrived and helped us tired travelers check in with ease - he also treated us to a nice colazione nearby and pointed out historical details of the property and neighborhood which was a lovely welcoming touch. The location is perfect for sightseeing on foot which is how we saw the city this trip. The rooms were nice and as pictured and very comfortable. The AC was a blessing as the daily temperatures were well over 30 degrees each day. Finding supplies locally was also very easy and helped provide our stay with a neighborhood-y feel. We have raved about or more than pleasant experience to everyone we know and look forward to a return here soon. Molto Grazie Ottaviano!

Five Star Location

The location of this property in Rome couldn't be more ideal. It truly is centrally located. The accommodations are as advertised. Two nice bedrooms. One bathroom with an additional small toilette room. Fully functional kitchen and a large comfy living room. Great internet connection. There are some quirky little things. Hey! It's Roma. It's a 4-floor walkup with an elevator that's a trip. We got a kick out of it. You may or may not. Definitely a secure building. Four different keys to get in and out. Overall IMHO 4.5 out to 5 stars. Thanks so much Ottaviano. Special thanks to the wonderful Patrizia. She is wonderful.

In the heart of Rome

Wonderful stay a minute from the Spanish Steps. Old world charm apartment with all the modern conveniences. Very close to fantastic restaurants, stores, and attractions. Our host was very effective at communicating. He was helpful when we needed somewhere to leave our bags on our last day.
