Authentique Maison romaine de classe au coeur de la ville Ă©ternelle.

L'emplacement est parfait, le ColisĂ©e et le Forum romain sont en bas de la route (450 mĂštres), les arrĂȘts de bus et la station de mĂ©tro sont Ă  proximitĂ©, et il y a beaucoup d'options pour se restaurer. Avec ses trois chambres Ă  coucher, sa salle de bain complĂšte et sa salle d’eau, sa cuisine fonctionnelle, la climatisation efficace et le Wi-Fi fiable, l’appartement est trĂšs confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©.La localisation est idĂ©ale : Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied du ColisĂ©e, avec un petit marchĂ© d’alimentation au coin de la rue et un charmant cafĂ© de l’autre cĂŽtĂ©.La communication avec l’équipe de location a Ă©tĂ© rapide et efficace. Ils se sont montrĂ©s trĂšs serviables, notamment en organisant notre transport entre l’aĂ©roport FCO et l’appartement Ă  un tarif compĂ©titif. Ils ont Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accommodants en nous donnant accĂšs Ă  l’appartement dĂšs 11 h 30 le matin de notre arrivĂ©e Ă  Rome.L’accueil s’est dĂ©roulĂ© de façon professionnelle et courtoise, avec la remise des clĂ©s et toutes les explications nĂ©cessaires.Je n’hĂ©siterais pas une seconde Ă  rĂ©server de nouveau avec eux lors d’un prochain sĂ©jour Ă  Rome!

Check in was great, on time and very thorough but quick. Jordi was there on time and very helpful. The location of the apartment is fantastic, close to all tourist attractions with great restaurants nearby. Also has good supermarket down road. Apartment was very clean and spacious, I would highly recommend this accommodation and exactly as advertised. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

We stayed in this flat for three weeks in November, 2025. It was extremely comfortable, quiet, very clean and well-maintained and in a very convenient location for us to tour around Rome. Maria and Sara were terrific in all of the arrangements to meet us and look after our (modest) needs during our stay. All in all, if you need a larger apartment in Rome, this is a terrific one.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was very clean and roomy for four people. Being just a couple of blocks from the Colosseum was great. There were many restaurant options close by and a small market with everything we needed.We were on a side street, which was a bit quieter, but close to a main road where we could access public transportation.Maria and Jordi were quick to respond to questions we had both before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Thanks so much!!!

Close to everything we needed

Large apartment, modern bathroom, within walking distance to many restaurants, Colosseum. Close to a taxi station so we were able to get around Rome easily. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Drains blocked and equipment not working

We arrived and were welcomed. Got the keys and representative then left. We discovered that both sink drains in bathrooms were blocked, coffee machine didn’t work, washing machine didn’t work and when raining the dining room got flooded. The balcony had several boxes with dead plants taking up so much space that only two people could sit there at one time. Very disappointing stay and we are taking legal action for a refund. at time.

An oasis of comfort in Rome

This was a delightful property with large spacious rooms, a gorgeous dining area with attached patio and relaxing living room. It was an oasis in an intense busy city to come back to the relaxing peaceful neighborhood and an apartment with great air conditioning.

Helpful check-in process, great location

Our family stayed here, and had a wonderful time. The flat is very roomy and immaculately clean! Our family of five had plenty of room to relax after a long, hot day in the city. The location was great. It's right next to a tram stop that runs over to Trastevere, and a short walk from two other metro stops. It was really easy to get around the city from here! The check-in process was great. It was my first VRBO, and to be honest wasn't really sure how things worked, but Maria was awesome. She always responded quickly, and even helped coordinate a private car to pick us up at the airport! Maria, thank you for working with us! Our greeter was very helpful, and worked with us to drop off luggage, and was very helpful as well! We were really pleased with everything, and the flat was amazing. Loved the art in the house!

Great Apartment near Colosseum!

Great large apartment near Colosseum. Apartment was nicely laid out and large enough for our family of four. There were lots of nice restaurants nearby and it was close to both bus and train lines. Check-in with Jordi was bad since he was late and forgot to do proper check-in. Maria from management company was great though with information and made up for her colleagues shortcomings. It was easy to walk to most of Rome’s main attractions and area around apartment was pretty quiet for being in middle of popular area. Would recommend if you want to stay in Rome in larger apartment near attractions and public transportation.

Perfect, Safe Location in Historic Rome

If you’re looking for a comfortable, safe, spacious and truly “Roman” place to stay, this is it. Marianna was on top of communications and assistance. Maria was also great with communications. An easy walk to the Colosseum, a grocery store, amazing restaurants, the train and much much more. Spacious with comfortable (firm) beds and air conditioning that was an absolute necessity. Staying here makes you feel like you live in Rome and are a local! Thank you Maria for opening up this lovely home to my family and me.

Great Colosseum location

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. Simona was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. It was just as advertised. We really enjoyed the space and location to the Colosseum. The neighborhood was not very busy with other tourists.

Lovely Apartment!

Apartment was exactly as depicted in the photographs; very charming. It was in a beautiful building close to the Colosseum. The owner was very easy to deal with, very responsive, to inquiries and arranged for transport for us from the train station and to the airport on departure day. We were a family of five adults and there was plenty of room for our family. Simona was our greeter and she was so very helpful. The huge plus was air conditioning in the apartment. It was quite warm in Rome during our trip and it was lovely to return after long days of walking to a cool apartment. Tons of restaurants in the neighborhood, a nice coffee and gelato shop just around the corner, and a brand new grocery store at the end of the block. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again if I ever return to Rome.

Third Rate Apartment Stay. Worst VRBO Experience.

Overpriced, poorly maintained apartment with a tiny, under-equipped kitchen, cluttered bathroom with slow drain in shower making two consecutive showers impossible, and lighting too low for reading or even dining, in a lovely residential neighborhood.

Gorgeous Italian condo

Perfect location for a week’s visit to Rome with the family. Very Italian-feeling, lovingly decorated, and gorgeous. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was excellent. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Window coverings kept it nice and dark for sleeping in.
