L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche des centres d’intĂ©rĂȘts, des transports et des restaurants mais il manque visiblement d’entretien (peintures murales abĂźmĂ©es tachĂ©es Ă  plusieurs endroits, lattes de parquet cassĂ©es, poussiĂšre) et surtout il est trĂšs bruyant : on entend parfaitement les voisins et la rue sur laquelle il donne Ă©tant trĂšs Ă©troite elle rĂ©percute absolument tous les bruits (scooters, passants qui marchent ou parlent et poubelles de verre de restaurant !)

Would not recommend to my family or friends. The only time i heard from the host was to collect payment. I asked for necessity items - toilet paper, and my request went ignored. Read message, and ignored. The place was extremely loud at night with the street being nearby, trash trucks all night. The windows do not do anything for noise polution. The photos were inaccurate as the apartment was not well maintained, had dirty stains on all walls, restroom and bed sheets. The kitchen was only half stocked with necessities, couldnt even use the oven because there was no sheet pan. I was not prepared to buy necessity items such as toilet paper, trash bags, sheet pan etc. The only good thing about this place was the location. Needless to say i would not choose this place when i come back to Rome.

Perfect location, bath and guest bed need renovation

Check in was very good. Location of the apartment is perfect. Bedroom is nice with a comfortable bed. The condition of the bath is poor (e.g. very old, stained shower, calcified tap) and the guestbook is so worn that it was even for our 12 year old daughter uncomfortable.

Great location , rental

The location is excellent .Kitchen a disappointment very small and ,lacking of smallest basics to prepare any meals unlike any other rentals that had well stocked kitchens .. Living room sofa was not comfortable. The bedroom and bath are very good . The agent was helpful in taking in the bags before 2 Pm check in . During ot stay power in the building went out for 24 hours during . Had to use phone to see at night and phones went dead without ability to recharge, At check in a cash payment of 90 euros , in addition to credit card payments ,was never explained. Emailed after and did not get a response for the agency. Had rented thru VRBO Weekey rentals in the past without the problems encountered at this Campo Marzio apartment rental.

There were some things that would/should have been at the apt such as some coffee, oil, another dish towel or two, paper towels garbage bags
.we were only there for three days so we made due but longer stays would need some more supplies
.it was an easy stay otherwise and an easy location plus a beautiful area of Rome.

Underwhelming

The property needs updating and improvements to furnishings, as wells a deep cleaning of the bathroom. The couch appeared to be broken and was difficult to sit on without sliding off. The lighting fixture in the bedroom was hanging down. However, it was a great location with almost everything in walking distance. Communication with the property manager was good. Please note that they have extra fees if you do not check-in within typical business hours, including check-ins on Sunday. This was not advertised and was not explained until after booing.

Perfect location

This is a comfortable apartment for one person or a couple. The washing machine was easy to use and necessary for me as I had come to Rome from 12 days in Sicily. A perfect location if you want to be in the center of the city. A tad noisy in the early morning because the bedroom window faces a small street where men pick up the trash.

Rome Stay Near Spanish Steps

The apartment was very nice, and in a great location. Rome has a great transportation system, which we used to get to areas not by the Spanish steps. The apartment was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great location; walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and other attractions.

The apartment was what we were looking for, spacious enough for 3 or 4 people. We appreciated that there was an elevator and washing machine; although there is no dryer. It's in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, Spanish steps. We would stay there again.
