Loved this place! Such an amazing location - everything we wanted was on our doorstep. Isaac was really responsive prior to our trip and arranged an earlier check in to tie in with our flight. Alessandro was there early to meet us and show us around the apartment. He was happy to give us some local tips too. We hardly used the kitchen because there were so many delicious options nearby, but it had everything we needed. There are two beautiful terraces which are perfect for sitting out with a glass of wine. There was a little noise from the street affecting the downstairs bedroom - no more than you would expect with such a central apartment on a weekend - but I'd recommend bringing earplugs if you're not used to city sounds at night. The place was really clean and the beds extremely comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

What a fabulous apartment/villa in the city! We loved being here for our Rome visit! The location couldn't have been better, it was super cozy and comfortable, and the terrace was fantastic. Overall the accommodations met our needs. We had plenty of room to relax and spend time with friends. Location was outstanding, centralized to many historic sites, restaurants, and grocery store. We were able to walk to all sites, which was very convenient. Some notable points to share would be that there are no elevators and this apartment is on the third floor. Also, the 2nd bathroom/shower on the top floor is very small for an adult.

Beautiful, very spacious property in an ideal location - very close to the Pantheon and directly above several restaurants & cafes and a convenience store. A grocery store and all types of shopping were just steps away. Strong & consistent WiFi. They provided several universal travel plug adapters, which was thoughtful. The hosts were very attentive and easy to contact and communicate with. Two AC units - one in the living room and another in the top floor bedroom - both worked perfectly. Very comfortable beds. The balconies were so nice for morning coffee and a late dinner. Well-lit, busy and safe area too.

Very nice stay, the location is great, accessible by taxi/uber to the building's door. Thr small restaurant downstairs is pretty decent and has nice prices. The appartment is foot-close to all the attractions. In order to get to Vatican, bus line 492 is at 5 min walk from the appartment. All good, I recommend.

What an excellent apartment in the centre of Rome and just 3 blocks from the Pantheon! We were 2 best friends traveling and found the apartment spacious. The loft bedroom upstairs had its own air conditioning but very tiny bathroom. Plenty of storage and a lovely roof top balcony. The main floor air conditioning kept the entire level cool and the large outdoor space provide a quite space where we could unwind after our busy tours. The front bedroom however was quite noisy at night especially when the after bars near by closed. Better sound proof window would have helped but I relied on my personal ear plugs to get a good nights rest. The kitchen is fully equipped but could use more wine glasses and better toaster, but we seemed to manage to enjoy the relishes wines we tried at the end of the day. Checkin was wonder, especially because we were helped with our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs (54 steps in total) by the property management team. I highly recommend this rustic and charming property if you are looking to be in the centre of it all. Thank you for allowing us to rent this incredible place and creating lasting memories that will last us a life time.

Great location

Great location, center of the center of Rome. Check in was really easy and really appreciated Raoni’s advice and recommendations. Close to great food and attractions like the pantheon and piazza Navona. Probably only down side is the construction that starts at 6am every morning and the drunken crowd noise that goes till about 3am but just get a good white noise app and you’ll be fine. Would stay again and loved the layout. Great patios.

Family Holiday To Rome

The property was fantastic, multiple terraces was lovely and as the last stop on a many city trip in southern Europe was a really well equipped place to stay. The kitchen had all of the utensils, dishes, etc you could want to make food, the place felt like a home for a few nights.The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything you’d want to see over the course of a few days. The recommendations on restaurants from the property manager were excellent. It really was a great way to end our European Holiday.
